Very quick and courteous, even though they had to work in a very confined utility closet with no drain or sewer access. Was able to complete their work in a time limit of 3 hours due to the water being shut off for several units in my building. Very good job by Andy and Nick.

The telephone reps on Sunday along with the Service technician (pluumber) they sent out were very helpful and knowledgable. They stuck to their quote didn't try to add any additional cost and explained everything before starting the job and then again after the replacement of the water heater. I would recommend them and also call upon them again when needed.

the plumber and his assistant installed my faucet properly. However,they did not lay down any tarps or towels to catch water or debri. I walked into the kitchen to see water sitting on the wood floor next to the assistant. I had to specifically ask them to clean it up! Also, after they left there was pvc shavings,plastic, and the gloves the plumber wore all over the floor and under the sink. very disappointed in the sloppiness of these individuals.

Excellent job by Tom R. and Tyler with the installation and cleanup (they even took the box with them to help me out). I'm still having a problem with hot water and low flow faucets so I can only give three stars. The employees were great but the problem still exists so it was a waste of time and money for me.

Two of DRF's licensed plumbers -- Jesse and Tom J. -- helped me out this morning with the installation of faucet and garbage disposal that accompanied the purchase of new countertops. Jesse and Tom J. were polite and efficient, and they even put up with a barrage of questions from my curious 3-year-old. I was happy to have them on the job. Thanks, fellas.

When my hot water heater went out on a Sunday these guys were terrific. They brought out a new tank and installed it that same day. Of course there's an extra charge for Sunday but money well spent. Mike P. and his assistant trudged through the snow, moved items out of the way to get to the old tank and got everything done efficiently and effectively. Found them through Home Depot but now I've got their number.

I highly recommend this company. I just had a brand new sink and faucet installed by Andy G. and Nick. They did a fantastic job and explained everything before and after installation. They were very neat and professional. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family. I also was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service reps who were very professional as well. A company worth a 1000 words! Super fantastic!!!

Andy and Nick were the consumate professionals.. Arrived on time, knew exactly what was wrong and provided intructions as to how to get a new replacement faucet; They returned later in the day and installed the new faucet. My wife and I were extremely pleased with this company and their employees.

Did a good job, and showed up after snow, or during snowstorms to complete a big job through Home Depot. On time, neat, and well done. Very courteous, all of them. They did a fine job of coordinating a 3 day kitchen job, and didn't leave me without water in the kitchen any longer than absolutely necessary. This job was done during the worst weather possible, and everyone showed on time.

Tom R and brett came to install my water heater today. The came within hours of my original call, were extremely professional and corteous, and completed the install in far less time than i expected. They provided exemplary customer service, and were thorough in providing me with necessary information. DRF even provided me with a complimentary water sensor and carbon monoxide detector. I am impressed, which means a lot considering the standards i expect as a retail manager in the home improvement field. Definitely recommend them.
