Called requesting same day service for 4 area rugs. Was given a quote and while on the line given a time! Alex arrived on time and surveyed the rugs. Decided to throw in the couch as well for a little more. Everything looks brand new! Alex even retreated an area pf one of the rugs that had pet stains. Not only would recommend but would use again.

Brian was super professional and nice. Cleaned my stairs and an area rug and did an excellent and fast job! Carpet felt soft afterward and didn't smell too strong of cleaner. It just felt clean and smelled neutral, which I liked a lot.

I called Brian after being disgusted with another company who stood me up THREE times on my carpet cleaning appointments... he was able to come out the very next morning, did a great job, and had much better rates than the original company I had contracted with. I would use his services again, and recommend him in a heartbeat.

What a great choice we made hiring Brian to clean our carpets! I had used other services in the past but his power wand gets our carpets looking brand new, much better than any other service. I had my carpets cleaned this week! The owner (sorry forgot his name) was very knowledgeable! He explained all of my options, which no other company has done before! Even though he had 8+ other houses to clean that day he still was very personable and talked to me! It was very nice!!

Tech was very honest and complete in his description of the task ahead of him, the risks. He was open to getting additional information from others in the company... The job was very thorough, and though not all spots could be removed, the difference is remarkable and I couldn't be happier with the service.
