Super nice. Very easy to work with. Extremely reasonable pricing. No pushy upselling. In and out quickly. Extremely helpful and friendly - they helped me lug around a pile of shoes I'd forgotten to move, which is definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Did a great job. Also? My daughter's bedroom no longer smells like my brother's dog peed in it, which is a miracle 'cuz DANG... that dog has some seriously smelly pee.

Fantastic Job! I called Monday morning and got an appointment Tues afternoon/evening. They were right on time, very reasonably priced and did a GREAT job thoroughly cleaning my sofa and carpet. Brian is an honest and knowledgeable guy, explained procedure and upfront about not being able to remove all the stains out, no pressure at all and very patient about explaining fabric materials and cleaning procedure will recommend to friends and family

Good communication... Reasonable pricing... Team was right on time... Helpful with my questions... They did a really decent job... Yes there were several stains they couldn't get rid of but I don't blame them at all... It's an old carpet.

When I moved into my new place two years ago, the carpet was an ugly grayish color and had lots of dark stains. I called celtic, and they did a thorough clean and I was amazed to see that my "gray" carpet was actually off-white. They also got rid of the smell from the previous tenants' pets. After a year, my carpet started to look gross again, so I called Celtic because they did such a good job the first time. The second time around, they did just as good of a job. Not only does the company do quality work, but they have great customer service. They are easy to get a hold of, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company, and I would call them again.

Awesome job!!! Fast,efficient, upfront, honest,friendly and very professional. Brian was able to get me with no notice,I literally called yesterday at 3 o'clock and he changed his schedule and shuffled some clients around so he could come to my house in the morning so that the carpet would be dry by the time my kids would get home.couldn't thank him enough. Brian is absolutely amazing! So up front and straight up. I really appreciated his honesty. My carpets were really bad and he was just straight forward about not getting the some of the stains out and gave the option not to get the service done. This company is not trying to cheat you out of your money the want to do there best and they are trust worthy

These guys under promise and over deliver. Our carpet was pretty trashed and Brian said he could make it better but not good. Well, he made it great! I can't imagine it coming out any better than it did.
