The service department at Classic Honda is A++. I have been to other dealerships and they could not find the problem with my brand new car, but as soon as I took it to Classic Honda service, they found the problem right away, and fixed it immedietely. I generally wait for my car when it is being serviced and Maribel keeps me informed on the progress every step of the way. If a part needs to be ordered she is in top it. Maribel displays excellent customer service skills and is the reason I continue to take my car to Classic Honda. The prices are competitive I feel. In fact everyone I have encountered has been friendly and greets you with a smile. It is almost time for me to purchase a new car and I intend to purchase that car from Classic Honda.

I just want to express the AMAZING customer service that Classic Honda provides. I adore my Honda Civic but was having some trouble with an unfamiliar sound. I had the pleasure to communicate my issues with Dave Manieram the Senior Service Advisor and Moe the trusty knowledgeable mechanic and they were more than helpful to fixing my problem fast. I have been going to another Honda dealership for services near my home, but was never really satisfied. A friend suggested I give Classic Honda a shot, so with guarded optimism I gave them a shot. Once arriving at Classic Hondas serivice dept. I was immediately greeted by Tiffany Kuhn's smiling face...I had a feeling my friend was correct. After getting checked in for a break job on my 06 Odyssey, I was approached by the Parts and Service Director, Jeff Turja to see if I had any questions. I needed to get some work done while waiting for service on my vehicle, so Jeff directed me to a quiet place to work. After a few minutes both Tiffany and Jeff came by to make sure the WIFI was working properly, which it was, and offered me a beverage. What really sold me and will bring me back was the high level of customer care and the fact that they estimated 2 hours for the job to be completed...it was actually LESS! Way to go Classic Honda, you have a customer for life.

When I bought my Civic in 2004, I was reluctant to bring it to the dealer for service. My experience in the past with other "dealer service" had always been negative. I never felt I was receiving value for the extra money a dealer would charge. The incentive that was provided with Classic Honda's "Tires for life" special was enough to bring me in at least a few times. Maribel Franco has been my service advisor for all these years and I really don't know why I bother talking with anyone else. She knows me by name, is always friendly and courteous. Maribel even helps me save money by informing me about coupons, specials and promotions. She is vigilant in searching my service history and helps me avoid requesting unnecessary service. Maribel has created a loyal customer in me, and I won't be taking my car anywhere else for service while she still works there.

I purchased my Honda Accord in April 2004 from classic honda, I always try to keep my maintance service up to date, but when ever there is a problem with my car, Joshua Swiernik has always been extremely courteous and very professional to me. He has provided me with excellent service whenever I bring my car in for repairs, I live in a different county but he never treats me like I'm nobody, he always treat me with respect. He has been eager to answer any questions concerning my car and I never have to wait a long period of time, Joshua always let me know ASAP. Service was excellent! The shuttle to and from work was very convenient. Problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly. And I really appreciated having my car washed!

When I moved to Orlando in 2000, I took my first Honda to Classic Honda for a service. I have remained a loyal customer since then because they always took care of my car and did the job right the first time. When it was time for me to purchase a new Honda, I purchased it from Classic Honda. I did not consider another brand of automobile or any other Honda dealer because Classic Honda has always treated me respectfully and fairly. I have not had a bad experience with Classic Honda. I would personally recommend the people at Classic Honda to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle or anyone looking for a reputable dealer to service their Honda. All of the service advisors are courteous and professional. I would like to personally thank the service manager Dervin and the service advisor Joshua for making each of my visits a pleasurable experience.

I took my car to Courtesy Honda to get repairs done. That was a big mistake. After 4 days of having my car and not being able to fix the AC problem, I finally took it the Classic Honda. This is where I originally purchased my Honda over 12 years ago.. The service is as good there as it is now. Too bad they are not closer to my job. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within hours. The service advisor Dave was exceptional. He was courteous and very very professional. He returned my calls promptly and provided excellent customer service. My technician's name is Alfonz. Always ask for Alfonz. He is the absolute best at what he does. I am pleased to report that I am just as happy and satisfied with Classic Honda today as I was when I purchased my car nearly 13 years ago. It is employees like Dave and Alfonz that keep me coming back. Thanks guys!
