We called with an emergency just as we were about to leave town. The transmission light started to blink and we thought it was the worst. Dave Manieram fit us in first thing in the morning and assured us that he would personally oversee every detail. As always, he kept his promise. He called us quickly to advise us that it was a minor issue (an inexpensive switch) and our Honda would be ready to go on about an hour! It was ready as promised and he even washed it. When was the last time you had a transmission issue that was minor?? We were grateful for his responsiveness and honesty. Great job Dave!

Moreso, cause your representative Dave made the process of changing my tires and setting up the appointment very simple and hassle free. On 7-1-11 I bought in my Mom's 2006 Honda Passport Van to have her rear passanger seat looked at and an oil change. Her Van only has 14,000 miles on it and the back seat was broken. She had bought it used and think it may have been broken the. Dave Manieram spoke with the manager and had him make an exception to having it fixed and we will get it fixed for the cost of the parts.
