I was referred to Power Up Computers and very happy to say I had great service and a great price. I have waited forever at large dept. stores and the person behind counter has no idea how to fix so it gets sent away. At Power Up Computers I took my computer in on Thursday and it was ready Saturday. The best part was that Leo explained everything to me...Great service!!!!!

I dropped off my computer on Saturday afternoon and got it ready yesterday (I'm at home typing this review from it). Only $65 to clean all those viruses. I'm a happy camper!

Just got home from a trip to their shop, went in to find a DOG pestering me, a long line, a singular tech who was working on a PC and answering phone call after phone call, and being able to hear every word, they were all directions to the shop. After a significant wait and the line only getting longer, I picked up my PC and left.The business model they employ is not a friendly one in the shop, we will never know it they could hack it technically.

I first did business with them about a year ago and have been back three or four times since. I recommend them to all my friends, too. My experince with Power Up is 100% positive. They are always up to date with the newest technology, very knowledgable and eagar to help but never pushy. Fees for repairs and prices for parts are extremely competitive. The staff is friendly and personable. All my computing needs are met here. I won't go anywhere else. I am very comfortable recommending them to you, too. Five Stars. I'd give them more if I could.
