Power Up Computers was recommended to us by a close friend and we are so glad we took his advise and called them. They were extremely nice and courteous on the phone so we took our computer to them that day for repair. They called several times to let us know they were working on it and when it would be ready to pick up. Their repair costs were very reasonable and their expertise outstanding. I am 54 years old and never turned on a PC until last winter and thought I should move into the 90's. I like to patronize local small businesses so I went in here and ended up buying a laptop, Leo and Justin set it all up for me to take home and start using. I got home and was clueless, I ended up having to go in and call them several times to walk me through some simple issues, not to me! They were always glad to help the clueless guy! I had gotten a free desk top from my nephew that ended up dying, so I went back in. My 3 yr. old laptop was almost useless for me as it was so slow. I went to Power Up Computers for advice and a solution. Leo recommended that I add more memory and upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7. I agreed to this solution as I thought the price ($160) was reasonable, considering a new laptop would cost several hundred $$$. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Leo, Justin, and Chris. I felt they were being completely honest with me (a technologically challenged senior citizen) so I trusted their recommendation and work. They spent a great deal of time answering my questions and I never felt rushed or sensed frustration on their part. Although Leo told me that my laptop would be ready the next day, he called me the same afternoon and said it was ready They are now my "go-to" place for anything computer related. An incredible business concept these days - reliable work, fair pricing, and friendly customer service. Summed up - All round EXCELLENT!

I highly recommend Power Up Computers in O'Fallon, MO. Leo is absolutely awesome in figuring out what's wrong with your computer, and is very reasonable in his pricing. I would so much rather go to a locally owned store than a big box that really doesn't care about you as a person. Everyone in the shop knows you by name, and take the time to make sure you are happy with the work that has been done. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't find them.

just moved out to o'fallon about a year ago , need to find people for services , when i had a computer problem i did not won't to take it to an over priced-bunch of snobs. seen add for power up computers gave them a call very friendly and helpfull staff.[everyone] . brought computer in , got up front quote , a couple days later got my computer back better than ever.....AT QUOTED PRICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! may have them build a custom computer for my business. if you want real , honesty people they are deffinatly the place to go !!!!!!! and today thats hard to find !!!!

These guys are great, yellow pages wont give me enough room to post my whole experience with them, so Im going to keep it swift and succinct. Leo Justin and Bubba, down at power house computers have helped me out of technical mess time after time, (due to an aging computer )and not only give me swift service but educated and informative service along with affordable and dependable service. these guys have solved many issues for me such as 64 vista upgrade, power supply, mother board, monitor issues and much more. I give them 6 out of 5 starts, 1st star, for the best afordable deal in town, 2nd star for all the customer service, 3rd, for all the patience, 4th star for all of the quick service, 5th star for saving me time money and headache 6th star for the big fat smile they put on my face, I give them six starts on a 1-5 star scoring system 1 star as being poor 5 stars as being excellent and the sixth star for surpassing my expectations

I would recommend Power Up Computers to everyone. They were fast, knowledgeable and inexpensive. I had a virus on my computer. Another store told me it would be 3-5 days. Power Up said 2-3 days and had it done in one day. They were also 1/3 less expensive than the first store. Nice guys too. I'd go back for sure.

Power Up is a dependable place to have your computers repaired. All 5 laptops owned by my family have been tuned up at Power Up. Now they run like new. The staff is coureteous and knowledgeable and they returned my equipment in a timely manner. Good prices too. Highly recommended!

This place is EXCELLENT!!!. The best place ever!!!! The people there are so nice and helpful. The enviroment is so welcoming and the computers and laptops are very cheap. Also the techs there know their STUFF. They gave me a digonosis for free and fixed my computer very timely. I LOVED their service and recomend them to all my friends.

I'm really glad I checked these reviews. I was quoted $250 at Geek Squad and $150/$130 at two other local computer shops. Power Up Computers fixed my Dell for $70 in 48hrs. It was only a software issue and I didn't have to replace any hardware as they told me at the other places. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of computer repair.
