I took my computer up there on a reference from a good friend who swears by them -- I was dreading being untethered and not getting it back forever and not getting what I needed on it. I am SO happy. Can't beat the price/quickness - I will definitely go in to get my Vista operating system changed over (yeah, I know) and get some more memory. I have already told my mom - these are the guys!

After I brought my laptop to be fixed at one of the big chain stores, I was quoted a price of over 240 dollars. I heard from my aunt about Power Up Computers in O'Fallon so I went there. Leo was very knowledgeable and confident that he could fix all the issues I was experiencing. The very next day, he called to tell me my laptop was fixed and ready to go! The service was fast and affordable. (170 less than the big chain store!!) He also updated a lot of the software I was using, at no extra charge. I highly recommend Power Up Computers to anyone that needs any assistance with their computers. Awesome, awesome job!

Really very happy with this little crazy store! Fast, great prices for the work -- as I get more into total reliance on the computer not just for playing around but for livelihood, I can't afford to be out of commission. I now know I've got an E.R. for whatever I muck up. (Almost don't want others to know and crowd me out!)

Have done business with Power Up for several years. Haven't needed them a lot, but when I did they were fair, timely and friendly. Especially liked that they didn't talk'down' to you like some computer 'nerds' do.
