Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Novato is a full-service plumbing company that can handle everything from faucet installations and maintenance to the complicated slab leak repair. In addition to unclogging and repairing drains, disposals, sinks, toilets, and other household plumbing appliances, our plumbers can also clean sewers, maintain tankless and solar water heaters, and repipe water delivery lines, among many other services.

I was very impressed with Ben Franklin Plumbing. I had a sewer line leak. BFP called in a plumber, Cree, within an hour. Cree replaced the cracked pipe in a couple of hours that day. He was a very quick, very knowledgeable and friendly. He is highly recommended.
I originally met Dusty when he came to replace an outdoor faucet through Angie's List. He did the multi-point plumbing inspection and saw my leaking 40 gal. gas water heater. I knew it had been there before we moved in 16 years ago. And it was time. Dusty explained all about water heaters these days, and gave me prices on the various types and sizes available. Then came Skyler and Jerry who actually did the difficult job of cutting out the old w/h and bringing the new w/h up 2 flights of stairs. Space was limited but these guys did a great job and kept me informed all the way. All 3 guys were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them for any plumbing job. I would definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing again. Skyler also helped me with my kitchen faucet which had low flow issues; he popped out a little part and now I have great water pressure! I called Dusty to replace an old toilet and my washing machine hoses. Dusty, Skyler & Jerry were so pleasant to work with.
Ben Franklin did a great job of replacing my sewer lateral using the trenchless process. They gave me a competitive price, showed up as scheduled and completed the work safely and efficiently. I was very impressed with the professionalism and capabilities of their field crew. The dispatcher and field supervisor were very responsive to my questions and communicated with me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and consider them for future work. A job well done!

Gustavo C. performed a plumbing inspection of my home. I showed him a needed repair, and he showed me other items that needed attention. Together we determined which to accomplish first, and he returned the following day to complete that work. He proved knowledgable and efficient, while also warm, kind and respectful. I look forward to having him return and do further upgrades.

Outstanding service on all ends: customer service reps, especially Cari and also Christine, get high marks for making sure that my problem was solved in the timeliest fashion possible. Not only that, but they were cheerful and attentive--all the attributes one would hope for in excellent customer service. Nick M. who did the actual plumbing repair (replacement of an old toilet) exemplified all the attributes of a highly skilled plumber. Moreover, he was cheerful, kind and informative. I only hope that when I need work done in the future that Ben Franklin sends him back to my home. Jeff Baker Santa Rosa, CA

Cree was fabulous. He arrived on time was very polite and knowledgable. He listened to my thoughts on the issues and worked diligently and quickly to resolve all problems! Wonderful experience and would recommend him!

Jerry B was the plumber sent to check on pipes under our house which had previously been repaired by Ben Franklin. I saw moisture under the house and was worried that it was leaking again. Jerry was on time, was very thorough in his check and explained things well. He also answered questions I had about a hot water recirculation system. Very happy with service provided.

Kelvin the plumber was terrific. He was personable and efficient. He did the job well and provided good information.. I will ask for him again.
Jerry was professional, down to earth, helpful and honest to deal with. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I would certainly like to see him back again when I need more plumbing services completed.

Great service- Jerry B was courteous, answered all of my questions, worked hard and finished the multiple tasks ahead of schedule. Cleaned up after himself. Have used Ben Franklin for my plumbing X2 years and have found them to be prompt, responsive and affordable, not to mention providing quality work. Will continue to use them.
