While it took almost a week to resolve the Tankless Heater problem, Kurt was very dedicated and persistent, after replacing 3-4 parts, thought it was back to working on 7/21, but that evening I called, spoke to Adam, he contacted Kim,Dan, and Kurt. Adams then called advising Kurt would install a new Tank, which he did yesterday and we're grateful in having a normal hot water back up !!!

Dusty S. the serviceman was very pleasant and made adjustments to the problem of a loose sewer cap. I was even more pleasantly surprised when he said there was no $59 service charge or other charges because I am still under warranty for the sewer replacement made a few years ago. That was contrary to what I was told on the phone when I made the appointment. I'm giving 4 stars because of the information discrepancy.

I had a water heater leak & need replacing, I had 1st gone to Lowe's who failed from the start. I contacted Cary w/Ben Franklin who was friendly, and informative & she put me at ease from the start a true gem from the start. I'd also like to give kudos to Jonathan the plumber who was extremely careful at my home and surely knew what he was doing and extremely hard working. I deal with all types of individuals & businesses each and everyday, I can honestly say in all my years I have never deal with two individuals who made it a pleasure for me to give my money to a company. I would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing based on my contact with these two individuals in a heartbeat! Bravo to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for hiring these people to represent them!

My technician, JJ, was not only on time, he was 45 minutes early. He even tightened a couple of pipes under the sink because he asked if he could. Very professional, can easily recommend.
Geez, wish other companies had an employee as dedicated as Jeremy. There was a mixup with the dispatch company and he was willing to drive 45 minutes at 11pm at night to get the problem fixed. Instead we chose 6:30am and he was here by 6:10. Got everything fixed in short order and back to hot showers for my elderly inlaws. Wow, terrific service that I thought was a thing of the past!!

Nick was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained things well, and he went beyond what was necessary to help.
Cree K. was our plumber who was sent from Benjamin Franklin-North Bay. He was the best service provider that I have had in a very long time! He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Cree identified the problem immediately and also what needed to be done. He also made sure that although the entire problem could not be solved that evening that we were "mended" until he could get the cost estimate and the job completed t was needed. Jason was very thorough and spent alot of time going over all the plumbing needs that my house required. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service.
Our drain pipe backed up with soil flowing into our sink. After trying to clear the line the fiber optic camera showed that the 2" drain that ran 50' UNDER our home's slab foundation to the 4' main drain was almost completely eroded. Replacing the line would have required major upheaval of the concrete floor our entire house. The Ben Franklin team, led by Cree Kliegl and managed by Chad Flora were great to work with. After discovering the extent of the damage and they sympathetically laid out options, listened and proposed an plan that made sense: lay a new line following the periphery of the house to the main drain. Cree was great to work with and each team member was very skilled, professionally diligent, and just good people. We watched and felt confident in what we observed at each step--and there were many substantial tasks that had to be completed. Yet it was all performed smoothly and confidently. We thanked them all several times. Good people.

Nick and Adam were very professional, were familiar with the problem, took care of the problem and made few helpful suggestions to avoid the same problem in the future. We highly recommend the company and Nick and Adam. We used this company before and we would use it again in the future.
We had a great experience working with David M. with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He was professional, on time, and efficient. We'll be calling them again with any plumbing issues.

David and Adam worked very hard for three days to completely upgrade our well. They encountered some unexpected complications and were able to solve all the problems in a professional manner. They are also very good at patiently explaining all the new components of the well with its filters, ultraviolet and pump components.
