Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Novato is a full-service plumbing company that can handle everything from faucet installations and maintenance to the complicated slab leak repair. In addition to unclogging and repairing drains, disposals, sinks, toilets, and other household plumbing appliances, our plumbers can also clean sewers, maintain tankless and solar water heaters, and repipe water delivery lines, among many other services.

Needed a plumber asap; called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, received prompt attention to my call, and Jeremy C. showed up. It didn't take much time to develop confidence in Jeremy. Can't say enough; this is a glowing review.
I own a Bed & Breakfast, and had full occupancy. I had a plumbing issue and from the office staff down to Cree and Skyler, got me on the schedule and was on time. Took care of the issue, and I was back on line. I was informed of the cost on anything they were going to do, and gave helpful ideas that would prevent future emergencies.

My experience with this company was totally positive. They showed up on time, provided a very reasonable estimate and got right to work. People were very professional and low key, did not make a lot of noise, and did not scare us about additional problems. The job was completed on time and the results were of high quality and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

We had a complex break in our external sewer line at our house in Petaluma. Nick (1) came in with his crew, diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair price and got right to work. They worked even Christmas Eve and the day after New Year. Nick (2) was a wonderful person, warm, diligent, polite, and very clear with us about what they were doing. He even worked when feeling ill. I cannot recommend the crew at Benjamin Franklin more highly. Warm, professional, friendly, and the best.

Nick was very helpful and informative. He exemplified the "spirit of the season". He resolved the problem promptly and efficiently, provided an explanation of the cause and suggestions for future prevention. He discussed alternatives in an apparent objective manner. He was all that you would hope for in a knowledgeable professional.

My needs were very limited. Jonathan was punctual, knowledgeable, and very capable. In addition to flushing our water heater's tank, he inspected all the other plumbing functions and connections. Finally, he installed a new outside faucet which had been leaking.

The visist was drain and flush the water heater. Ray was very courteous and wore shoe socks to keep the floor clean. When he brought in the hose, he even wiped his flexible hose down before bringing in. We had a warranty issue with Rheem and advised me on what to do.

From customer service reps to Cree, the plumber magician, I totally recommend Ben Franklin Plumbers. I used two other plumbing companies who were unsuccessful (and highly overpriced) to find my plumbing problem. Cree fixed the problem within one hour.

Pedro is fantastic. Very thorough in his inspection, pleasant and courteous, and generally a pleasure. He needed access to a crawl space so I had to clear out a closet so he could open a hatch in floor. After, he offered to help me get everything back into the closet. Definitely not within his job description :) Very nice guy!
Service rep's are clean, curious and informative ... though second trip required to complete purge of tankless water heater ... and the quoted pricing for "work needed" after inspections would choke a horse, especially considering what we've already spent on power panel, sewer line, tankless water heater and home heating systems. We'd move if we had that much cash again. Thanks. TVV Jr

Tried calling numerous plumbers at 8:30 am & left voice messages; only one returned call, showed up for 5min by 1:30pm, then left claiming to buy parts & never came. By 4:30 pm & many excuses later w the leak in my house already at a steady slow flow, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Jason was very efficient on the phone & assured me the staff is 10 min away. True to his word of 10 min, Kurt showed up. Introduced himself, wore the shoe covers; checked the leak & fixed it in less than 20 min. !!! Very professional, very efficient and wit warranty on services too. I highly recommend these pros !
Skyler was very professional and helpful. He did not roll his eyes and laugh hysterically when all the toilet needed was to be flushed. He showed my things to do it the toilet didn't flush right. He checked out a few other things that needed care and we made plans to take care of those. I was very impressed.
