I called Flat Rate Carpet because i stained a couch at the home i was house sitting. they came out that day and by the next day the couch was dry, the stain was gone, and when the family I was house sitting for came home they had no idea. They even asked me to house sit again.
flat rate carpet came to my home THE SAME DAY that I called to book the appoitment. I had a horriblly dirty and worn rug to be cleaned which I never thought would look the same again. I spilled a glass of red wine on my new carpet, i called them in a panic and the customer service girl told me how to blot up the spill without causing more damage. The next morning a cleaner came to take care of the stain, and by night I was walking around on my clean, dry carpet once again
I was so happy when I finally found the couch of my dreams...it cost me a fortune, but the joy it gave me was priceless. I was so excited that I decided to have a 'couch warming' party, but the aftermath showed me that it was not such a good idea. ironically, after too many drinks and hors d'eurves a friend of mine spilled red cocktail sauce on my new couch. The stain was awful, although it wasnt very big it was very noticeable, especially to me. I was worried that this was the end...of my beloved couch. When I called Flat rate carpet cleaners I was convinced that no matter what they would not be able to remove it completely. The couch was a light color and the stain was fairly dark. BUT OH BOY DID THEY EVER PROVE ME WRONG. The service was excellent, immediate, friendly, courteous, not to mention the fact that they stain is COMPLETLEY GONE. The couch is like new again...thanks Flatrate carpet...you saved my couch!!!

They cleaned my sofa and it was very good!i called flat rate carpet and they came the same day i didn't think they could clean the pet stains on my sofa, it didn't toke long and it was gone! it was amazing they were really good. Thank you .
