i had the grout and tile cleaned at my place.... in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms... what a difference my place looks! nice service.. ill be open to use them again about every 6 months
good experience, great cleaning. called wanted carpets cleaned, i ii i had an appointment for a carpet cleaning, when the cleaners came over they mentioned they cleaned couches, and mine surely needed a cleaning, so i was pleasently surprised on how great my living room looked after all the sprucing up.
I made an appointment through a Chat system they had through their website. Someone was able to come later that night when I got off of work to clean my carpet in my apartment. The process was performed in a fast manner with a hardworking man who did a terrific job!
Pleased that I chose flat rate carpet cleaning company to clean my area rug. It came back hot off the press looking clean and smelled great as well. Since I have 2 dogs, the area rug has been through a lot, so it was time for a good deep cleaning. The whole processes took 2 weeks.

My grandmother has a stain on one of her Persian rugs which I remember from when I was a child. She never put any effort in having it removed, since she thought it was hopeless. For her birthday, I thought I wuold give it a try, and surprise her by having it removed. I also thought it was hopeless, but figured it was worth a try. After having a few free estimates, and technicians come and tell me they didnt't think it was possible, I called Flat Rate. They came out and told me they thought the could do something. Two weeks later (just in time formy grandmothers birthday) they returned the rug, as if the sstain was never there!!! My grandmother was over joyed. Thank you for helping me make my grandmother's birthday!!!
I wanted to get my rugs cleaned like i do every year, and this time i wanted to try a different company so i called Flat Rate Carpet because i've heard very good thing about them, and i'm i did, great service, very good prices and they came out looking almost like new, i totally recommend them.
A few weeks ago I moved, and the movers ripped the upholstery on my sofa. As if that wasn't bad enough the sofa was so dirty I didn't even want to sit on it. My friend gave me the number of Flat Rate Carpet. They came to my home that day to give me a price in person. The price was great, and he did the work right then and there. Only a few hours after I called my sofa was repaired, clean and dry. Now I can relax in my new home, and when I need my carpets cleaned I'll know who to call!Pros: They were helpful and did great work.

I called Flat Rate Carpet for just an estimate for my carpets to be cleaned.When the guy came over and gave me a price of $250.00 for each room to be cleaned I asked him to leave.He then wanted me to give him $75.00 for the estimate, I told him that the advertisement in the paper said Free Estimates, he said that was only for businesses.After I told him I would in no way give him the $75.00 he then threatened me stating he would take my television instead of the $75.00.I told him if he did not leave I would call the police, he started to cuss me and degrade my race. I then called the police, thats when he left.About 2 days later I received a phone call from the same guy stating that if I did not get the cleaning done they would "wait for me downstairs".Please, whomever wants a carpet company DO NOT USE FLAT RATE CARPET.They are extremely scary and down right thieves.I am sure most of the reviews that have on here are not even true.

I had a great experience with this company. I thought that they provided impeccable service and also offered great prices. The cleaners arrived to give me the free estimate and cleaned my sofas in no time. It was a pain free experience!

I called FlatRate Carpet for the first time after moving into a new apartment. The landlord assured me that he would take care of the awful stains in the carpets that the prior tenant left-- but failed to do so.FlatRate Carpet came to my home, gave me a free estimate, and then quickly, yet efficiently took care of the job that MY LANDLORD didn't! Needless to say, that without a doubt I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Just wanted to send out a thank you to the gentlemen who cleaned and fixed the fringes on my old Persian rug. Best wishes, Pardis

when I called flatrate carpet I didn't really believe that those ugly old stains, from the time my son was a baby, can come off.but I thought "hey, at least it will smell good..."when the job was done I couldn't believe my eyes: it was as good as new, not even a small sign that there was a stain! and the smell is great! so- it was worth every dollar. thank you flatrate carpet

I didn't think it could be saved, but I called Flat Rate anyway because I knew it was really expensive and she would've been upset. They brought the rug back in two weeks and I couldn't believe how great it looked, you couldn't even tell. I was so relieved that everything worked out. They were really nice and professional. ended because

Because of Flat Rate Carpet my reputation as a house sitter is still in tact! I was watching a house for someone when I stained their couch. I called Flat Rate Carpet and they came out the next day to take care of it. By the time the people came home the stain was gone, the couch was dry and they were never the wiser. They even asked me to watch thier house again!
