My appointment was for 2:30 but was given a number to wait to be called. It was over 20 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back. Just not sure why when we make an appointment and then have to wait that long to be called back.
Technician was very professional and courteous.
Found my hard to find vein right away. Very excellent process and airman.
Had a appointment and was done a few minutes early. The tech knew what she was doing. I do not have the big black and blue mark that you get at some places.

30 minutes past appointment time
I had an appointment and was called in shortly after checking in. I am not a fan of getting blood drawn but I had a great experience and was in and out quickly.
Appointment process was easy and much more convenient than waiting in long line.
Nobody likes to give blood, but it's necessary.
First the pros: The kiosk to check in works great and the waiting area seems adequate enough for the crowds. The tech who drew my blood was kind and made the actual blood draw as painless as possible. I absolutely appreciated her professionalism!
Cons: The wait. I had a 0715 appt and finally got my blood drawn around 0800. I understand that active duty (I'm a retiree dependent) have priority. I have zero issue with this. The amount of older retirees waiting in line to talk to one of only two employees instead of using the kiosk was bordering on absurd. The kiosk location is centered in the waiting area but should be in the hallway leading to the seating area/window so people know to go to the kiosk to scan their ID instead of tying up the employees at the window. This is a logistics issue that could be solved with thoughtful location placement of the technology intended to streamline this process. Thank you for listening.

The staff was very friendly and helpful….the only reason for a 3 star rating is because their appointment system could use some work. I had an appointment for 8:45am arrived at 8:35. I had been fasting for 12+ hours and wasn’t even seen until 9:40. With some small changes to the system I think the flow could be a lot better.
Amazing service. I really appreciate that we can now conveniently schedule appointments online. Also I didn't get the military technicians name that drew blood, but she did an amazing job and one of only a handful in my life that didn't result in bruising. She was a great technician and the customer service up front was great as well. Just an excellent overall experience. Thank you so very much!
I scheduled my appt for 9am, checked in at 8:50, and didn't get seen until 10am. That is my sole complaint. Didnt feel a thing for my blood draw and every one was incredibly professional-from check in registration at window 2 thru my tech. Thank you!
Booked an appointment online and was seen, near enough, immediately. Staff were friendly and efficient.
