The service was superb! Best blood draw ever. I bruise very easy and this time there was none. The young man was very good and gentle with me. The new made an appointment helps tremendously with little wait time!

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. My toddler was treated with care and the entire process from checking in to getting blood drawn was quick.

Staff friendly, process easy, fast, and painless

I had an male airmen take my blood and did an awesome job. I haven’t been drinking a lot of water and I know I was dehydrated. He got my vein on the first try! Also, he was very attentive and carried on a great conversation with me. He made my visit fun and took my mind off of me getting my blood drawn. Great job to the airman with the marine family background!

Good service

I've always had good experiences here, and I genuinely enjoy the techs who draw blood. I had an appointment today, and it took 25 minutes to even get into the back, and the only reason that happened when it did is because I went up to the window and asked if I should come back later. Then, I sat in the back for another 20 minutes waiting to have my blood drawn. I know lab is super busy, I really appreciate everything you guys do, but I might lose my job because my 10 minute appointment took 45 minutes. Thank you again though, the actual blood draw is was good.

I had a great experience in the lab but the woman at the front desk could have been nicer.

The civilian Tech who assisted me was awesome. I didn't catch her name but she was friendly and did a great job. I seriously appreciate it.
