Waiting was so quick from the check in time till the time I was called for actual blood work took only approximately 15 minutes.
So it’s always better to have an appointment.

Making the appointment made things go so quickly. The lab tech who drew my blood was very professional and competent.

What's the point of making an appointment online if you're going to be told to scan your ID and wait for your number to be called. Then your number is not called until approx. 30 minutes after your appointment time, only to be told you are now checked in to sit and wait for your number to be called to the actual lab area!! This is no different than the walk-in/walk-up system in place for those who don't have appointments!! Someone needs to re-think this appointment setup!!!

My doctor had not told me that I had to fast for one of the labs and the airman that helped me was able to order the labs that I didn’t need to fast for and then instead of making me wait the next day after fasting and a one hour commute to base he was able to check me in and get the last lab done. Customer service to the max.. this is what patient care is supposed to be like

The lab staff are awesome. The website to make appointments could use a few changes. instead of using the email as the sole source to schedule appointments. Maybe you should use the DoDID number and the phone number entered. otherwise, why require the DoDID number and phone number.

Its faster if we have an appt. Lab crew was fast and the front desk called me in right away
