This place is so inviting - attention to the customer is present right when you walk in. Little to no time to wait for whatever pampering you choose to have done. I personally only have my brows waxed here, but should explore the other services they offer. Very knowledgeable staff in regards to the products they carry and/or use. Almost every time I'm visiting, there has been a discount provided to purchase or try something that is recommended via their product lines they carry. Surprisingly enough, I also like the specials they run via email and/or facebook. I will definitely consider getting a facial done at some point. Great place !!

Hi, I just had a great Mother's day facial at Inner Beauty with Natasha. It was fantastic! My skin was dry, and my pores were clogged. The facial that Natasha give me, left my skin very soft and doesn't feel dry now. She took her time and applied the products 3-4 times to make sure to get the best results. She massaged my neck and feet as well. It was very relaxing and did wonders for my skin. I will definitely be returning. I will also like to try the body polish, to get a good exfoliation for my skin. I have been using another product for my eyelashes to help them grow, which is working really well. The facility is very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable of the products that they carry and find the treatment that is best for your skin. Thank You, Roberta

Lashes & brows tinted, underarms & bikini area waxed -- Natasha did a fabulous job!!! She was extremely professional with a real tender touch on such sensitive areas. I highly recommend Inner Beauty Concepts - and especially Natasha -- to anyone in the area (real easy to get to on Amherst Street towards downtown Nashua. I simply can't wait to return!

I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere at Inner Beauty Concepts. From the moment I walked in, there was a vibe of tranquility. I like the room set-up, and how you can privately change in the same room where you have your treatment done, instead of jumping from room to room as with other businesses. I personally was going every other week getting spray tanned by Laurie and the results were phenominal.They had a lot of options as to which level of tan you wanted to be(winter glow, chestnut, etc). I refer everyone that I know for massages (couples massages as well), because I was extremely satisfied with my massage. This is a very professional environment, and I could not be happier! My daughter and I started with a facial followed by a couples massage. The facial was SIMPLY AMAZING! I'm a 57 year old female who spent much of my youth in the sun. Delores spent a lot of time cleaning my skin and I have to say when I looked in the mirror I was stunned at the results. My skin has never looked that good. Delores explained the products and I am excited to start with the products. After the facial we had a massage that relaxed my body from head to toe and given the facts that I use a computer 6 hours a day, the hand massage left my hands very refreshed. After the treatment, Delores took the time to review the products they recommended for me and my daughter. After the stressful week of the Boston Marathon - it was refreshing to have a stress free afternoon.

Wow, Delores is the most informed professional that has ever taken care of my 40+ year old problem skin (I have an extensive list of Dermatologists and products that I have tried over 25+years for acne, sebaceous hyperplasia, discoloration due to sun damage, hormones, scaring) Dolores not only treats my skin from the outside but shares helpful information to care of my skin from the inside as well. My husband got me a gift certificate for Valentines day. never have been to one of these things. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by wonderful people. They all made sure I was comfortable, taken care of and beyond. Went to Inner Beauty for a facial with my daughter. Absolutely LOVED the salon. Very warm & inviting, extremely comfortable & very very clean. It was my first facial & I was very pleased with the service. I also purchased several products to use at home & have been quite pleased with everything they suggested. I look forward to returning for another facial & a stone massage.

Today I went for a facial massage and makeup consultation. The inside of Inner Beauty Concepts was so warm and inviting....beautiful decor. The facial with Delores was amazing! My skin felt so soft and hydrated. Delores knew immediately what products to use to get the best results. I was very pleased. Nicole used her magic to apply makeup so it did not look as if I were wearing any. She made it very simple and back to basics, which I loved. There was never any pressure to buy. I've been going to Inner beauty for years and years now and they are awesome. I've never had a complaint from them and the ladies stay late into the night because they understand us girls with late schedules. They have even stayed past close because I was late a couple times. Very relaxing environment for facials and great waxes, eyebrow, lip, bikini, anything!

I randomly went into Inner Beauty Concepts looking for a waxing. I was blown away by the service! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. It is also relaxing and calm inside the salon. I have known Delores for over 18 years now and I trust her completely with my skin! Whenever I start to have issues, I know that I can go to her for a chemical peel (sensi, PCA, etc) and my skin will look better instantly, and with her recommended maintenance care it continues to improve! I go to Inner Beauty for my Brazilians and I will never go anywhere else. Professional staff, comfortable rooms. Not to mention the speed and precision. I have seen Delores, Lori and Natasha for my services and each one of them did a phenomenal job. Not a hair left to be seen. I have been to waxing centers and nothing compares to the accommodations that Inner Beauty offers. Big comfy bed with a sheet, not paper I STICK to! They give you a glorious soft pillow case to drape with so you don't feel so exposed during such an intimate treatment. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, the environment is relaxing and tranquil. There is no other place in Nashua that offers such an amazing experience. This is the place to go to! I have been to many spas over the years and this was by far the best facial I have ever had. Delores really customized the treatment for my skin and it never looked better. She gave me printout of instructions for how to continue to care for my skin, and I finally feel like I am on my way to better skin. Afterwards, Nicole did my makeup and I left knowing how to recreate a look I love. I highly recommend this place!

Both Delores and Anna were out of this world! You probably don't see too many reviews from a guy so, while I'm basking in the after-effects, I thought I'd provide a shining little review. And shining is what they're all about. Delores was able to remove some unwanted hair, this was my first waxing experience btw, and it was an absolute breeze. Yup, she's that good! Excellent experience. All the people were very nice, receptive, and helpful. From the greeting on my first visit to the actual treatment was professional, relaxing, educational, and rewarding. Not only did I have a strategy moving forward in the treatment to my skin, but, I felt encourage on the prospect of results. Also, I was left with a much better understanding on the potential cause and effect of my nutritional habits. I was very pleased. In addition, the atmophere in the the building was very relaxing.
