I have gone to inner beauty for a few different things - sunless tanning - skin care products - massage. The staff is always cheerful, warm, and accommodating to start. They are also knowledgeable about their products and skin care. What's nice is that if a person doesn't know something they say so and get someone that does. So it's easy for me to trust them. Now to the massages... Heaven - absolute heaven! The ambiance of the room is warm and soothing, and the therapist was wonderful. I told them the type of massage I liked (deep tissue) and they recommended which massage therapists on their staff were the best for my needs instead of telling me "everyone's good" as so many places will. Inner Beauty Concepts is like a safe haven you can go to when it's time to escape and enjoy a little luxury for yourself. The owner has done an outstanding job of setting high standards and pampering her clientele

I started getting facials at Inner Beauty Concepts because despite being in my late-20s, I was consistently breaking-out. What I did not realize until I started using the products recommended by the Inner Beauty staff was how dry my skin really was even though I was using a daily moisturizer. Now my break-outs are under control, my skin looks youthful since it is properly moisturized and the dark spots left by old pimples and sun damage are disappearing. My skin looks so nice, I can go out without makeup!

I have been going to Inner Beauty for at least 12 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else as everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing which takes the stress out of everyday life.

How I found this wonderful place, Years ago I had an boyfriend with a 14 year old daughter so she told me about it so we both went - now I'm addicted! I go to Inner Beauty Concepts from Quincy Ma, there is no other place around like it. They are always on time with appointments, They take their time, have have really good products and very professional. After going there, no place in Ma that compares to it. I think it's a great place for everyone, man or woman, children or adults. After a relaxing facial, you will always want to go back there. If my friends lived closer, I would buy them all gift certificates there for Christmas. It's a must try almost like a new Restaurant you haven't been too but heard about. Deloris is the owner and very smart knows what she is talking about, everybodys skin is so different and she just knows what kind of facial and what products would help you. Got a gift from my husband for a facial,this is my first facial ever.Loved the atmosphere inside also very clean.I got a woman named Robyn she was wonderful definatly will request her again.Also liked how they customized it to your skin.This was the perfect way to relax for any busy mom.

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for my birthday, because I haven't done anything nice for myself for quite sometime. This was just what I needed. Right as I walked in I was greeted by a pleasant woman who checked me in. Jennifer promptly came downstairs to escort me to the facial room. I had a wonderful facial to relaxing music. I was so relaxed that I had totally forgotten about my awful day at work .My skin felt great.The look of this facility is very clean, with relaxing colors and decor. I enjoyed myself so much I booked an hour massage in a few weeks. I would recommend Inner Beauty Concepts to anyone :) -Harmony

I have been coming here since April and have really had a lot of improvement in my skin. I have dry, sensitive skin prone to breakouts on my chin. The products I was using before I came to inner beauty concepts were very harsh and made the rest of my face go crazy. The recommendations and treatments I received really made such a difference -- I've had facials before and the products did nothing and the peels just made everything worse. Now I know I need to be gentler to my skin and spot treat the issues on my chin as they come up. My skin is almost 100% better and it improved literally within two weeks. My aesthetician thought it would take maybe 10 weeks for everything to clear up and heal but it cleared up so fast even she was amazed. I enjoy the atmosphere and service at IBC and really highly recommend them.

I had an incredible hour long massage with Ana at Inner Beauty Concepts. The staff is highly professional and friendly and the atmosphere from the moment you walk in is absolute relaxation. I honestly left feeling like a new woman!

Just an hour and a half at Inner Beauty Concepts, and I felt so refreshed, relaxed, and pampered - it was as if I had spent a weekend at exclusive spa resort in the Carribean! This spa has been described by others as Nashua's "hidden gem" - and indeed it is a gem. I haven't been much of a spa-goer, haven't indulged in the beauty treatments much, but this experience revealed to me how important it is to take a little time to pamper yourself. A visit the IBC nourishes the inner-you as much as the outer-you (thus their name). After just one visit, I'm so happy to say it is now my spa of choice!
