Very honest company with integrity. Saved me $4000.00 on a new unit as I only needed a $150.00 repair! Will use exclusively!
When I saw the two previous reviews I called them and asked why I should have them come back to service my furnace. Got a complete explanation about the others who were trying to run a insurance claim when they were tearing apart their home. These familily owned professionals have done good work for me and stand behind the work. My confindence is restored and I hired them again!!!!
Warranty Company called them to repair AC unit in my home. They worked on the wrong compressor. Told the warranty company the problem was a return air problem in the installation of the AC unit. Actually overcharged the compressor they worked on so it trips the high pressure contactor. I have contacted another company to come out and fix the mess. My favorite item - charged me $300 to clean the coils on the wrong compressor before they could diagnose the problem. Called to talk to them and they went immediately to an aggressive posture including hanging up on me. We'll see how my attorney fares...
