Best in the business! Some contractors come to your house and treat you like we don't know any better. All I wanted was a good service and Schmidt's is by far have the best people, in personality, service and result. I recommend Schmidt's services to other people. Loved it.
I've been using Schmidt's A/C Service as my semi-annual maintenance company for several years with excellent results. They recently installed my new central A/C system and even with a rocky start, pulled it off and were able to obtain the right equipment for my 5-ton system. They were finished in half a day. We're now enjoying a cool home again! I am always satisfied with their completed task. Highly Recommended.
They are the one I hire to do semi annual maintenance on my house and 2 rentals. Very professional. Efficient, provides excellent service and very honest! Will definitely recommend him to anyone.

They were able to fit us in quickly over a holiday weekend when our AC pipes froze over. They arrived on time, explained the issue, had all the right equipment on hand, and fixed it quickly (needed a freeon refill). No muss, no fuss!
Professional, skilled and delivers excellent immaculate work. That's what these guys are. We hired them to redo the air conditioning for our entire house, a pretty big job that we expected to take at least a couple days. Little did I know, they did it all in one day! They even left the work-site cleaner than before!

It's not about the money, money, money!Great quality of service, professional and expert technicians. I am strict when it comes to time and they never disappoint me, they came on time as scheduled . I watched as they do the job, and very responsive to my concern and questions. Schmidts is the one for me! They fix my Air condition problem and I'm so satisfied!
Good work on the scheduled maintenance of my AC. Its been months since the AC has been checked and I am worried that there might be something going on inside without me knowing. My heat went out last Saturday and I saw an ad from Schmidts AC. I called them and asked if there was an extra charge for weekends. They assured me that there was not and that if I had them repair my furnace, there would be no service call or extra fees. THEY showed up WITHIN an hour and got my furnace running. The technician was very sweet to us and the bill was $115.45 including a part I needed. He also changed my air filter free while he was there. What a relief! I will definately recommend this company!
I was so relieved after calling Schmidts. They came same day and explained what was wrong with my ac unit. The total bill was only $69.95 and I was up and running! From the time I called until the time I was repaired was under an hour and a half. THANKS!
When your A/C Quits, It can be scary. But the people at Schmidt's were great. Very Timely and $287.00 cheaper than the company thats been telemarketing and bugging me. I am So Happy to have found Schmidts and will recommend to my friends and coworkers

They came out yesterday, (Sunday) and took care of my problem. My entire bill was only $78.95!! I also set up an appointment to have my ducts cleaned next week. Total price: only $175.00!! Other quotes were up to $850.00!! We Are VERY HAPPY!!

I called about the 2 bad reviews and talked to Mangement that explained the REAL problem with those customers. I hired Schmidt's and was very well satisfied. They are "A Breath of Fresh Air"! Will recommend to all.
