AWESOME! So helpful... so friendly...Not pushy (which we all know is a plus). Glad my husband said lets stop at the Mazda dealership. I bought a used vehicle and Carlos was great. We were there till 11pm, kept them all there so late, but they were all so willing to help and be courteous.

My car would not start on a Monday morning. As I was using my wife's car to jump it, I was on the phone with Steve, who said that he could 'accommodate me and to bring it on in'. I told him I was the guy with 'the two Mazda 6s' and he knew automatically who I was. I dropped my car off for the day, although it was finished that morning. The battery was under warranty so there was no charge. Steve recommended some other services for the next time I come. Overall the usual great experience here...that's why I stopped taking my cars to places other than Cardinale (except for an oil change)

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received this past week. Nick was very friendly and helpful in resolving the problem that we had with our CX-9. Not only was he clear and prompt about everything; his person ability was impressive. I would recommend using his facility to others. He was a pleasure to work with.

Wayne was very nice and attentive to my needs. He was by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Deoana (not sure if the name is spelled correctly), the finance person, was awesome. She was very clear on every aspect of the deal and treated me like I was a family member. I highly recommend this dealership.

I found the service department friendly, helpful, explained things well. Service department explained all possible senerios in regards to my extended warranty and problem solved the issue of maybe needing a rental car. Actually got to talk to the gentelman that was serviceing my car in the back. Felt that my time was as importatnt as theirs. Ultimatley the service department and dealership left me feeling confident and secure in my service for the day which was an ease of mind since I live 3 and a half hours away. Would reccomend this dealership and its staff to anyone.

Nick is THE BEST. I am so glad to have him on "my team" when it comes to the operation of my car. He is totally knowledgeable, always there, and a pleasure to work with. He keeps my car in great shape!

This dealership continues to surpass expectations. in this day and age customer service has been replaced with profit. Nick and the rest of the sales staff are always available to discuss maintenance options and/or explain what the service or maintenance process entails. I have and will continue to recommend friends, family and even complete strangers looking for a great dealership to look no further than cardinality Mazda.

I went in to cardinale way last month with my new wife to purchase our first car together. We were worried that it would be a bad experience but the friendliness of the staff at cardinale was superb. We purchased a certified Mazda3 and are extremely happy! Coming up on my first service appointment next month and I will definitely be talking it to cardinale way! Thanks to Al, Johnny, and Nancy!

Fast, friendly service - all very last minute. Helpful advice as well! They washed the car without being asked while I was there too. I drove away feeling like I had the royal treatment.

I was very pleased that Dan took into account what I needed in a car and what I could afford. He was willing to make it his full time job to make sure I got exactly what I wanted that was within my means. He became more of a friend, then a car dealer by the end and that is something that will keep me coming back. I was impressed by the way Todd was able to work the numbers in order to get me the best deal for my aftermarket warranty. He made sure that when I drove off in my Acura that I had nothing to worry about as far as my car was concerned. AS a first time car buying that is something that was extremely important to me and my family. After battling with my bank for a loan, Todd made it seem like a cake walk. He didn't try to confuse me with fancy terms instead he talked to me in a language I could understand. I would highly recommend Cardinale Way Mazda due to their honesty and sense of humor.

Steve Ross was the service agent that helped me. He was very helpful. He advised me as to what was needed with my car and took care of it in a timely manner. He also had the car washed for me! I highly recommend Steve as your service agent. Stephanie was great as well.

The experience was GREAT!! Everyone was outstanding and made me feel right at home. I have never had a better car buying experience. The whole process from picking a car to finance to delivery was easy and everyone was more than helpful. I walked away thinking I will be a repeat customer and will refer all my friends and family there. Thank you so very much.

GREAT JOB FOR THE 2ND TIME WITHIN A WEEK. All staff are professional and best of all friendly and concerned about helping the customer. One knows that the goal is to sell a vehicle , but the approach from all makes you know that they are there to help you in any way they can and it is still up to the customer to make the decision best for them. Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away. Since I usually wait for the service to be completed, he looks in on me if I need anything, keeps me up-to-date on progress or explains patiently any service that needs to be done. Anything that has been worked on has been done correctly and we have had no subsequent problems with the work. He always makes good suggestions. If,say, tires are worn, he presents options for us to consider--never pushy.

Matt was great. He had to wait 4 months for me to be ready to buy, but he applied great patience, called me once a month per my request and we finally took delivery of a new Mazda3, 2.5 The balance of the staff was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment we got there we felt at ease and comfortable about the whole process. We came prepared and they were pleased with this and very helpful. The entire process was wonderful. I was very nervous about the whole back and forth process when it came to price but it went smoothly and I was only nervous about the last back and forth because it was the "big" one. I felt at any time I could walk away but know they wanted the deal and I wanted the car I was interested in. I would tell all my friends to get their next car there.

I visited the dealership with my family, with the intention of browsing, and after visiting other valley dealerships, I was skeptical. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! My view of dealerships has completely changed due to the helpful easgoing attitude of their staff. Dizzy was very knowledgable and politely answered all of our questions, with total patience for what I thought, were stupid questions. My husband and I are not the easiest people to get along with, but for some reason, it all fell into place, and we ended up buying that day. Not just because mazda makes a great product, but mainly because Dizzy and his manager, Al lantz were so friendly and helpful. He made the decision to buy a no-brainer. Great job to everyone and I will recommend everyone I know to Cardinale Way.
