FRIENDLINESS TO MEET OUR NEEDS AND CONCERN, PATIENCE TO TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE CAPABILITIES AND OPTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CAR, THOROUGHNESS BUT NOT REDUNDANT, HONESTY TO SAY "I DOT KNOW OR WILL CHECK IT OUT". EXPLAINING THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THE CAR. SIMPLE AND DIRECT COMPARISON WITH DIFFERENT BRAND OF CARS OF THE SAME CATEGORY WITHOUT DEGRADING THE OTHER BRANDS. NO POWER PLAY OR HIGH PRESSURE SALESMANSHIP which we really do not care for. We know what we can afford and Mr. Eric Van Sant and the GM were affable and sincere and flexible to meet us halfway. It was Business; understanding the clients needs. It was a fulfillment for both sides. The warranties were reasonable to guarantee the unknown, how the car will perform as it was intended by the Mazda Co. We were assured that Mazda have excellent products and they standby to protect that integrity and Name brand to serve the their clients and their needs.

This is a dealership that will not be beaten. Working with Matt Shelton was a no pressure experience. I went looking for a sporty car and had been looking at the Mazda 3. Upon my arrival Matt assisted in showing me new and used vehicles that fit my needs. When I found a new Mazda speed 3 Matt assisted in telling me the in's and out's of the car. As I test drove the car it fit my needs however it did not have the package that I wanted. Matt did not attempt to pressure me to buy this car instead he explained that he would find what I was looking for (color and package). Over the next week Matt stayed in contact via email (as I had requested him to do) and informed me that he had found the car I wanted. During the time my bank's dealer had contacted me informing that they had the same car. Being that the bank had an incentive pricing program I contacted Matt to see if he could adjust the price. Not only did Matt match the price his sales manager Gabe beat it.

Best car buying experience we ever had! My husband and I buy new cars ever three years or so and its generally a long tedious process -- reviewing cars on the internet, test driving the top four or five, getting to the price we want and walking if we don't get where we feel we need to be. It wasn't the case with with this car purchase-- straight forward approach from the sales team- (Johnny,Scott and Gabe). They found the car we wanted, at the price we expected and it was delivered in top condition.

I am very pleased with the Service Dept at Cardinale Way. I have only had two occasions that I had to visit this department, since buying my Mazda, but both times I left feeling that I was treated with respect and honesty.

Overall our experience was easy. The salespeople were not pushy or overbearing. They were knowlegable regarding their product. We were there several times before we purchased the car and never felt pushed, rushed or like they were tire of us! They spent a lot of time showing us the features, answering questions, test driving, etc.

My car would not start on a Monday morning. As I was using my wife's car to jump it, I was on the phone with Steve, who said that he could 'accommodate me and to bring it on in'. I told him I was the guy with 'the two Mazda 6s' and he knew automatically who I was. I dropped my car off for the day, although it was finished that morning. The battery was under warranty so there was no charge. Steve recommended some other services for the next time I come. Overall the usual great experience here...that's why I stopped taking my cars to places other than Cardinale (except for an oil change)
