SERVICE WAS GOOD..ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WAS POLITE AND SEEMED TO HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS.

Terence was on time, on task and on budget! He informed me of my problems and offered excellent information on how to get the most out of my unit. I am now in the maintenance program to keep my unit functioning at its best.

I recently contacted Home Depot to find a good Heating and AC company. They sent ARS Universal to my home. My bedroom is over the garage and freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. My heating and ac unit was 18 years old. Stan B., comfort consultant said that the problem could easily be fixed within one degree of preferred temperature. I just laughed and said sure. He was the first heating and ac consultant that measured the square footage and window heights in the home to calculate the system that was needed. The thermostat was placed in the bedroom, smart thinking. After installation the cold room and bathroom are completely warm and on the degree of the set thermostat. Its amazing! I felt the cost was higher than other companies and I did compare cost so they gave me a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Did I get a deal! What an educated, professional team. The problem was easily solved and I have a 10 year warranty on my new Trane heating and ac. Great job! BJ Stevens

Excellent personality and service. Knowledge of work done, and possible future problems was impressive. This service technician would be at the top of my request list for any type of future emergency calls.

03/29/13. Terrible customer service. Incompetance and lack of follow through from the first tech to the office manager. Called about a simple tub/shower issue. After 2 visits and 1 no show they still arent even close to resolving the issue. The first tech took my receipts and all my paper work and promised to return. Have never seen him again and no one knows where my documents are. In addition first tech lied about ordering the necessary parts. When the 2nd tech came out he alleged no knowledge of my issue and said nothing was ordered. The manager assured me she would take care of it and send me the information I needed to order the parts myself (can you believe it, I have to order my own plumbing parts???). She never sent the info. When I called back to find out why, Imtold she is onvacation and maybe she'll be able to help me next week. I've owned 4 homes and been through service issues in the past but this takes the cake as the worst service I've ever received from a co
