I have been an ARS Universal customer for several years and I have nothing but high praise for this company. Their work is outstanding and they are very committed to customer satisfaction. Terence, one of their highly qualified service technicians, recently came out and inspected an older unit of mine. He was very thorough and explained the problems in a way I could understand. This review is actually for ARS Universal Norcross, but Review Buzz does not show Norcross as an option. The service was fantastic. James Rears did a great job advising us on our air conditioning needs. I will write another review if/when we replace our current system. Thanks a lot!

A company's reputation is built on it's service personnel. When I called for service, because one of the A.C sounded like the fan was hitting something, they came out the next day. The technician who serviced our air conditioning units is great. Terence has a professional but friendly manner - even when fishing sliced lizard out of the unit!

We could not have been more pleased with the service of James Rears from Universal. He was very thorough and helpful. He was one of the best service representatives we have had . His company should be very proud to have him in their service department.
James R. was only supposed to do a check up on our Reem Air Conditioner, but he went out of his way to get our system back to perfect operating order. He removed 2 clogs from our drain hose, added extra Freon, and even tightened the screws on our attic ladder. He was very helpful and thorough. Ed was great and provided excellent service. Identified the issue quickly and completed all repairs. I will definitely call Ed for future repairs/servicing.

Ryan came to service the AC unit. He was neat, clean and had his name tag where it could be easily seen. He worked quietly and efficiently. When he finished he explained everything he had done and told me there were no problems, I signed the form and he was gone.
