Terence, one of their highly qualified service technicians, recently came out and inspected an older unit of mine. He was very thorough and explained the problems in a way I could understand. A company's reputation is built on it's service personnel. When I called for service, because one of the A.C sounded like the fan was hitting something, they came out the next day. The technician who serviced our air conditioning units is great. Terence has a professional but friendly manner - even when fishing sliced lizard out of the unit!

James R. was only supposed to do a check up on our Reem Air Conditioner, but he went out of his way to get our system back to perfect operating order. He removed 2 clogs from our drain hose, added extra Freon, and even tightened the screws on our attic ladder. He was very helpful and thorough. Ed was great and provided excellent service. Identified the issue quickly and completed all repairs. I will definitely call Ed for future repairs/servicing.

Ryan came to service the AC unit. He was neat, clean and had his name tag where it could be easily seen. He worked quietly and efficiently. When he finished he explained everything he had done and told me there were no problems, I signed the form and he was gone.
