Called them on a Sunday when I couldn't even reach anyone else. My late-night Saturday DIY water heater install had gone badly and we had no water service. They were here in less than 90 minutes and had our service restored in no time. The technician, Rob, was courteous and professional and gave us some helpful advice for maintenance. He was gracious enough to avoid any commentary on my dumb mistakes and even gave me some tips for avoiding the same problems again. Best advice- call Roto-Rooter first! Even with the extra charge for weekend call-out, the install cost just a little more than the "big box" store would have charged- if I wanted to go without water for a week!
"Roto-Rooter Plumbers" 1/24/2011 --We called Roto-Rooter because our main was backing up and we had sewer water in our tub. When we called for service we were given an estimated time of between 1-6pm. However, after letting them know that we have only one bathroom and it is now unusable, we had a technician at our home before 2pm. It was a long job but our serviceman worked at it until he got us up and running again. Thank you.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/20/2011 I will use Roto-Rooter again and again. Matt our service Tech was very helpful and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very impressed with how fast they got to my house within the hour of my call. I will only use Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers -- 1/12/11 Great service from these folks. On time and according to estimate. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous workers got our sewer pipng back in order so we could get on with our lives. And they did it all on such a chilly day with four inches of new snow on the ground. We're very happy with the work.

I was really happy with the service I received from Roto Rooter. The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. The first snaking system he had didn't get the job done and he went back to the office to get the jetting system and quickly came back to the house to resolve the problem. We called late on Sunday night. The tech. came out within 45min. and was here for at least 1.5 hrs. He could not get it cleared with the equipment he had but said he would be back in the morning. When he returned the next day his equipment frozen up and broke when he tried to use it. He then went back to his office and returned with some more equipment and got the job done. He did a good job and I would recommend their service.

Basement was flooded..called Roto-Rooter late Friday night. They offered to come out to help but with an extra fee since it was after hours. I decided to wait until the next morning. The guy came out and did an excellent job of getting the main drain unclogged. I would recommend friends and family to Roto-Rooter in the future.
Roto-Rooter Plumbers on 12/04/10. Timely, reasonable and professional. A new toilet was installed in less than an hour and the old one hauled away. Nice job!
bathtub drain was clogged up bad. called around and roto-rooter was the only one that was able to get to us in the same day. was very happy with the service and was done in a timely manner. would have like the area the that the worker worked on left a little cleaner but none the less he got the job done.
I had Roto-Rooter come out to run a water line for a refrigerator icemaker. Finally went a bought one since living in this house 6+ years without one. Could not run the line from the kitchen sink due to the layout of the kitchen. They had to connect to the water line for the clothes washer and run the line behind to the refrigerator. They always have all the answers and are very receptive to my needs and wants. I have used this office in the past and will continues to use and recommend them in the future. Always courteous, professional, and get the job completed quickly.
I was very surprised that the technician appeared sooner than the office told me he would. He completed the job within half an hour after arrival. We had a leaky water pipe leading from the water heater, we had no hot water, and the run-off pipe needed moved. He quickly and efficiently fixed the leak, lit the pilot light (gas water heater), and moved the pipe in no time at all. The charge was even less than quoted. Yeah! On Tuesday, October 5th we had a Roto Rooter Representative come to our home to inspect a sump pump pipe. The gentleman was professional and friendly. Within 15 minutes he had run his impressive camera up the pipe and we were happy to hear that there was not any problem. He also was informative about a Water Commander System that the company offers and left literature for us to look over. We will definitely call this company again should we incur any problems. We are also seriously considering the Water Commander System with would alliviate any chance of our basement flooding should the electricity go out. What a relief that would be. Thanks Roto-Rooter
