Very fast response time, technic was interested in my problem not the easy fix to turn water flow when flushing the toilet. The easy fix may have helped the water flow but not fixed my problem in the long run. I was very pleased with the technic, he cleaned up after himself, he explained what he did, and my best options to stop this from again in the future.

Woke up on a Sunday morning, went out to the garage to get a tool only to find a puddle on the concrete from a busted water heater. Called a recommended 24 hr service center, and got nobody. Came across Roto Rooter and called to have Rob the technician come out with a new unit in less than 1 hr on a Sunday morning. Showed me how to use it and was super clean.
we had a clogged main drain. called them on a friday night and them came out the next afternoon. the tech knew the fix as soon as i told him the problem. we will call them again for any future problems we have. awesome job.

Matt and Shawn unclogged the sewer line and treated tree roots. They were prompt, nice, worked hard and did a good job.
#134348 I called and got service right away. The service person explained everything about the problem to me in words I understood. He was very knowledgeable and nice.
We have a fairly old house and when all the drains were clogged at the exact same time we didn't know what to do. We called Roto-Rooter and they came right out to help us. Roto-Rooter replaced my water heater in a very timely manner. The plumber that showed up (Rob) answered all my questions and walked me through the operation of my new water heater.

The service was fast and friendly. He was very informative on what was going on with the pipes. Suggested helpful hints to avoid issue in the future. Very professional! Highly would recommend them to anyone!
Called on a Sunday evening. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and cheerful. I was told they would call first thing in morning to set up appointment. She called and gave me a 2 hour window of when the technician would be here, and he was here at earliest time. Matt #165 was very friendly and efficient. He gave advice to prevent further problems. Would recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends.

Our main sewage line had tree roots growing into it. I called Roto-Rooter plumbers of Fort Wayne and they came out and snaked the line for me. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your clogged lines.
Roto-Rooter Plumbers on April 27, 2011. I was recommended to Roto-Rooter by a friend and this was the first time I ever used a plumbing service. The service rep was very friendly and informative of what he was doing. He made sure that the work was done completely and safely so that nothing was damaged. I felt completely confident with what he was doing and enjoyed be able to watch the monitor was the work was being done. Im sure to recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone that I know that is having trouble with their plumbing & drains, because they saved me alot of pain and suffering. Another thing that I really liked was the speedy srevice that was provided, I called for help and within 1/2 an hour they were at my door with a smile.

Roto Rooter, March 29, 2011 Called out Roto-Rooter in the evening due to water softener water backing up in a basement drain. They came out within the hour and had the drain line cleaned quickly. Was also able to use a camera to check out the level of our septic system and make a recommendation about getting it cleaned out. Very professional and helpful. -Troy
we liked the service and the service guy was very informative. We also loved the camera that showed where the problem was. The price was pretty high but overall a good experience
