I wrote the review beneath this one and my wife wrote the other negative one from CitySearch below, but it was before dealing with the GM Charlie. He didn't even know what had happened, so it was my mistake for not communicating with him! He was absolutely wonderful in handling my situation and resolving it fairly and to my satisfaction. I have had a 100% change of heart and I would definitely use them again.

We were completely ripped off and scammed by RooterPlus. We were told a septic tank pump out would be $195, and then charged close to THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. We charged back the fraudulent amount, but due to an ironclad contract (the fine print says the customer must pay if legal action is taken?!!), they finally won their appeal. Our only recourse is to warn others about them; we posted several reviews online, and now they are bullying us! They are having our TRUE reviews of our experience we've posted taken down, but it gets worse. This despicable company FOUND OUT WHERE WE WORK AND HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING OUR COMPANY AND THREATENING TO WRITE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT OUR COMPANY IF WE DON'T TAKE DOWN OUR REVIEWS! This situation has absolutely nothing to do with our work place!!! Then they posted lies in response to our reviews, saying that it wasn't true of course. Bottom line: They promise $195, come dig up your yard, then LIE, and scam you out of your money.

We recently had a water pipe break under our house on the weekend. What a mess! Rooterplus sent a technician out promptly and he fixed the problem quickly and for the price he quoted after he had inspected the damage. While he was there, he did a free plumbing and septic inspection on our house and pointed out a few problem areas. Gave us a fair quote for that work, which we will have done in the future. 2 thumbs up!

Rooter Plus Rip Off Alert! With the symptom of a clog on a Tuesday business hours daytime - Rooter-Plus! wanted $419 to snake the drain pipe (that's right almost $500). When I told too much, he said would lower price, and still wanted $250. He snaked the drain pipe for 15 minutes (which cleared the clog) - then proceeded to write up another quote and hard sell for $1,500 work saying my pipe was collapsed - but he could start right away! My drain pipe was only clogged. I got him off my property as soon as possible, and so should you - call another company. Very very suspect, deceptive, predatory tactics and way over priced, I will never call again. Rip Off Alert Rooter Plus Georgia. Beware.

The technicians were great and very helpful, answering every small question I had.
