Greg came out today to reset my toilet and he did a wonderful job - he is so polite and helpful and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Greg to any of my family or friends who need any plumbing assistance!

Greg with Rooter Plus was so amazing and honest when he came out to look at my toilet. A flooring company said I need a new flang but when he came out he said all I needed was a new wax ring. His honesty saved me lots of money. He will definitely be coming back out to do the repair when the floor is ready!

Whitney at RooterPlus was great! He installed a new water heater for us, and also gave us an estimate on some other items, he was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. Would highly recommend!

Gary came to fix a toilet where the mounting screw had slipped off the mounting plate on the floor. Difficult job because this is a closed sided toilet. Gary removed the toilet and replaced the mounting screws, and replaced the toilet. Workmanship was great, and Gary was very friendly. The price to remove and replace the toilet, I believe, was very high. I was charged $375 to remove and replace a toilet, which I would have thought would have been a $150 - $200 job, but certainly not $375 for 30 minutes of work.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about septic tanks and making sure we were taken care of so we won't have to end up needing emergency care, only regular maintenance.

Whitney was my technician for a seemingly routine drain issue. My home has 6 toilets 3 different levels with a fairly complex plumbing arrangement. He was able to debug the problem with the plugged drains and find a separation in the main line exiting the house connecting to the city of Atlanta sewer system. Whitney was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and resourceful in correcting my plumbing issues. He kept me abreast of the increase cost of the service since the scope of work had expanded. I would use RooterPlus and Whitney again for future plumbing needs.

Technician very polite and demonstrates to have knowledge. The price was horrible. $500 to unclog a sewer line with a machine which took about 10 minutes. That's definitely too much.
