Doc Williams performed an excellent job today. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the septic system. I recently moved to GA from CA and I have never experienced usage of a septic system. I am currently in the process of purchasing the home being service and he provided me the an education of the plumbing sewage system.

Honestly at this time I almost feel like a pro as if he was able to transfer his years of experience to me within one day. I am now confident that living within my new home after the services and inspection provided today that I will be septic problem free as long as I do my part.

I am great for people like Doc and his assistant today for they make a difference in a area of life some people are uncertain. Not many can say that, however he can. So he is valued and I look forward to having him back out to confirm certification is still aligned and functioning as required.

Where to start... First off, if you have a problem with your septic tank, do not fall for the deceptive advertising of RooterPLUS. The $150 I was quoted turned into $497, which is probably normal, but I felt tricked by these people who assured me over and over that $150 was THE price to have my tank pumped. However, if there is ANY sludge whatsoever, which is how ALL septic tanks are (especially if they are full ), it costs more - in my case, $277 more! Other than the girl who answered the phone, I was disappointed with everyone I dealt with. The technician was smug, unfriendly and left his dirty gloves in the middle of my driveway, and the supervisor wanted to argue with me when I called to tell him his technician (who was standing in my doorway admitting it) broke my septic tank cap. After much arguing and finally giving my cell phone to the technician so he could explain to his supervisor that he did, indeed, break it, I was told they would come back and install a new cap. It has been more than a week and I have not heard from RooterPLUS, so we will see if they actually follow through on that promise. I have my doubts. Something to note: Technicians are not allowed to drive the trucks on grass, so if you are like us and everyone else I know, you will end up paying for extra hosing to run from your driveway to wherever your tank is. We were not told this over the phone, and they had to use two extra lengths of hose, so it cost us an extra $70. There is no way I would use this company again. I have huge issues with liars and I consider deceptive advertising the worst case of lying. I also felt every man I spoke to talked down to me in a demeaning manner... not the sort of company I want to deal with as a woman.

I Just received excellent service again from Jason, who was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained exactly know what needed to be done. Quote was reasonable and work was done both quickly and well. I will definitely use RooterPlus! Plumbing in the future.

Sunday morning, 9 AM, water spewing out of the wall. My call was answered on the 2nd ring. Keith arrived in an hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, cleaned up and was gone. Not happy the leak happened, but happy I made the right call on the plumber. Highest recommendation all around.

Jimbo did a great job replacing a baffle and tail out line on my septic tank. He had to dig, partially under the grass and near a well-established crepe myrtle. He did not damage the crepe myrtle and rolled the grass out and back so that it looks almost untouched. Afterward, cleaned everything up really well too. i highly recommend him - great work and very clean!

Michael was very helpful in finding the problem and finding a more cost effective solution than the previous representative of RooterPlus. Michael's knowledge and experience was very obvious!

My service pro is Jason Ledington. I've been disappointed with plumbing companies in the past. However, I was amazed at the unselfish attitude and professional skill that Jason displayed in resolving my unimaginable problem with a busted water line I discovered Sunday evening. I'm one to hover over my service providers and ask a lot of questions. Jason didn't mind this at all. He worked so diligently in the hot sun, and completely fixed the problem while providing me with valuable information as to the cause of the problem and showing me the right way to fix it. This gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and greatly enhanced the probability of my calling on this company again. I especially appreciated that he had respect for my carefully tended yard, and carefully maneuvered his equipment to greatly minimize damage. He dug the trench and installed the new line by himself, never complaining. He is the best, a true hero and a fine young man. Many thanks to Jason.

Everything was explained really well and even though it was bad news about the amount of work we need done it was delivered in the best possible way.

We never had our septic tank pumped in 28 years. Shane pumped the tank and also had to add chemicals. Shane was very professional and helpful. He was able to show me with his camera what I was looking at in the drain hose. He was very thorough and knowledge of what he does. I would recommend Shane to anyone and also Rooter Plus.
