I went to Dr. Maack for a curved septum, surgery to clear sinus blockage and eyelids. Dr. Maack did a great job walking me through everything, fielding all my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with the decision.

The office staff was great in managing my appointment, working with my insurance for coverage and fitting everything to my schedule.

Dr. Maack besides being a real gentle man he is an excellent surgeon. He listens attentively and explains what he is going to do in an easy to understand manner. He showed me how he was going to remove my growth in order to minimize scarring and any facial cavities.

His staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They even gave my son a warm blanket while he waited in the pre/post op area.

I broke my nose and went to urgent care. The urgent care told me it wasn't broken and let it go. After the swelling went down I noticed that it was crooked. Dr. Maack was able to see me the very next week and had surgery within 5 days. Everything went great and he went above and beyond to repair an issue I had since I was a child. Dr. Maack looked at my upper eyelids, that were clearly drooping onto my eyelashes and assured me he could fix the problem.

The pre-op packet was VERY informative, Dr. Maack's description of what would take place was spot on.

The surgery was painless - never took a pain pill or any Tylenol. The sensation was kind of like having a "raspberry" on your arm or leg - it burned a little bit - NOT painful.

I only took one week off work, that was plenty. VERY satisfied with the results.

I am so very pleased with Dr. Maack and his expertise. I had the Mohs procedure on my upper left nose on a Wed and he performed surgery on Thursday. In a week my incision already looked amazing and the swelling subsided. l am a nurse practitioner and so pleased I utilized Dr. Maack's expertise to make my nose look right again.

I was referred to Dr. Maack from a friend a few years ago for sinus issues. At the time I was unsure if I wanted to get anything cosmetic done, so I just had the sinus procedure. After experiencing how knowledgeable and kind everybody was, I came back to do the cosmetic part. I had rhinoplasty and a chin implant to balance my face, I had no idea I would love the chin as much as the nose. I felt completely comfortable asking questions and understanding my face. Dr. Maack was able to make a huge improvement in my breathing. I had surgery to correct a deviated septum and turbinate reduction, I was unaware how bad my breathing was in my nose before the surgery. After the surgery, recovery was quick and easy, I took one week off of work and by the following week I felt much better than before the surgery. Dr. Maack answered every question I had and was great to work with.

Thanks Synergi for giving me back the brows I had when I was 20! It was so exciting to wake up, look in the mirror and see my brows on point! Even on days that I didn't wear make up and had my hair in a ball cap, I still drew on my brows. I was very apprehensive as I have heard a lot of horror stories but the ladies at Synergi made me feel comfortable and at ease. If you are considering having your brows done, do yourself a favor and go to Synergi!
