I have had issues with my nose since childhood after a nasal injury and repair of a broken nose. Through the years , i have just accepted what I had. Until, Dr. Maack was recommended for a consultation. He was able to repair my septal defect, decrease the size of my giant turbinates, and insert the LATERA Absorbable Nasal implants on both sides of my nose. These have made such a magnificent difference in my ability to breathe through my nose. I noticed a big difference immediately.

I was fortunate enough to be selected as a "model" for a training. I had Rae as my Nurse injector. Her touch was gentle and technique was excellent. The end result was sweeet !! It was amazing! I have some cheeks back on my face. I look more refreshed. I would highly recommend Rae to anyone in need of services at Synergi Medspa, best Medspa west of the Gateway Arch.

I saw Dr. Maack initially 5 years ago to discuss surgery to fix my deviated septum. I held off due to the fear of pain. After a weeklong hike in Peru this summer, I was ready to do the surgery so that I could breathe normally. Almost a week after my surgery, I'm very pleased with the result. My pain was minimal and more of a discomfort for the first 24 hours. Dr. Maack cleaned out both nostrils 5 days post-op, and I immediately breathed better. So grateful I did this surgery.

I had a great experience with Dr. Maack. I had sort of unusual case where there was a lot of work that had to be done. I had suffered from a sport injury from when i was younger and i had to get my cartilage removed from nose and in doing so it pretty much blocked the air flow into my nose so i could barely breath out of my nose. after seeing the results of my surgery i am completely satisfied with the results.
