My furnace went out - of course - on the weekend. Josh called me back immediately and was at my house 1st thing the next morning. He was professional and thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of the problem. I am very pleased with his service and speediness of handling the problem.

New Year's Day I noticed a water leak with my humidifier that leaked both into my garage and my dining room. There was water damage and mold so I made an emergency call. Josh returned my call within 15 minutes and was at my home in about an hour. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue and stopped all further damage. We discussed options and the next business day I was able to choose my option and repairs and replacement began per my schedule. Josh went above and beyond customer service and took care of all issues and clean up and kept in constant contact during all the restoration steps. I've been a client for nearly 15 years with Comfort Control and will remain for another 15 years. Every service manager that has ever been to my home including Josh have held the highest professionalism and knowledge. I would definitely recommend them to all my family, friends and neighbors.
