They always do a good job. In this world, you get what you pay for. They might want to ease up on trying to sell stuff (protectors, savers, etc.), especially if a system is relatively new. That's why I dropped R S Andrews; their techs were always trying to sell something you really could do without.

Comfort Control is a very good service provider of , central Air and Heating units, and Water Heaters. The entire team provides excellent customer service at fair pricing, and prompt response times. All of their repair and installation professionals were top quality performers. Mr. Phillips S. did an excellent job on our 6 month inspection today. Everything checked out correctly and he offered sound suggestions to us on how we could improve the performance of our units in the future.. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Mike and Linda.

Well it was a very nice experience with Vu, he did explain very well,I Love that, but I also did my own Home work first. Lol! He is the only one that we would like to come back and service our unit. He has a very good sprint,mans alone was a given. I will recommend him to everybody. Thanks again Vu Have a Bless Year.

Phillip from Comfort Control came over to do a tune-up for the AC systems that I bought through Angie's List. He was thorough and professional in his inspection. He explained me his findings with both the systems and suggested improvements. Overall I was happy with the service.

Ta Nix was courtesy, and polite He was on-time and while finding our system working, found several weak issues. After explaining theses issues, each was addressed in a timely manner. While covering the upcoming change of no more free-on, in 2 years ,indicated our unit still working.

I have always trusted Comfort Control and this service call was no different. Josh explained what he would be doing on this "check-up" and cleaned our AC units inside and out. He addressed a very small leak we were experiencing and suggested and completed a repair that should fix it. With Comfort Control, I have never been pressured into a "$_ _.95 special they are running this month" because they only do what is required. The tech is never up-selling his service call. Josh knows his stuff and was great in explaining options for the repair. I went with his recommendation and very confident in his work. Thanks Comfort Control for taking care of our systems. See 'ya in the fall for the heating system check !

I knew to call when I realized I had a problem I didn't expect. I always stick to the maintenance schedule so I know my AC will always be ready when I need it. Same with the heat. Imagine my surprise when your rep discovered my problem was my new roofing nails had pierced the copper line for the coolant. I usually wait till morning when the office is open to call but now I talked to the guy on night duty who would come it immediately(like if we were having a party). See you guys tomorrow. Lisa in the office was very willing to provide whatever documentation for us to the roofer. The roofer was not happy that the line was located along the roof area. I gave Lisa his email info and the rest is history!FIXED and he also did the maintenance I had scheduled for the next week that day as well. Thanks to a fine job by all.

Phillip S did a great job installing an electrical outlet in my garage. The only thing that was a bit of a shock to me was the price of the whole thing. I thought I had "bought more" with the groupon coupon that I got, but it only covered a very small percentage of the total cost. But I am very happy with the work he did.

Although the technician arrived late and had another appointment after servicing my three A/C units, he was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors.
