Quick, clean, effective, knowledgable.. Frank came out to day to service a pipe under my slab. I would just like to drop a word and comment on how professional and courteous Frank was. Quick, clean, effective, knowledgable.. he showed up in a clean professional looking truck, he explained the situation and resolution in terms my wife and I could understand... Our hotwater heater was so noisy, like constantly making howling/squealing noises. SO we called Ray the Plumber. They came out to see what the problem might be, and the price he quoted us seemed fair, so we hired them to make the repairs. The technician was very polite and friendly the day of the service. One of the parts was defective and he said it would be an easy repair, which it was. They charged us exactly what we were expecting, no surprises or extra fees. We are very happy that we called Ray.
