Charged $40 to give an estimate and was over $100 more than what I had another plumber charge me. In this ecomony - I don't know any company that doesn't offer free estimates. Granted - the $40 would be deducted from the final cost, but that's if you have them do the work but in my case they ate my $40.

have used ray the plumber at least 6 or more times. always been extremely pleased with their work. peace of mind knowing i can always get a plumber for any repairs. the last repair was for a real slow drain in the bath tub. The technician Frank was excellent and snaked the pipe more than once to make sure the clog was cleared. He even checked in the basement after in case the pipe was leaking.

Great service from this company, from the office staff to the repair technicians. Initial contact to repair completion was approximately 12 hours! The repair technicians were friendly, professional and skilled. Since my issue was a slab leak, a section of the floor had to be broken up in order to get to the pipe. They cleaned up the area entirely upon completion of the job. They then advised me to call the office to get help in reporting this to my insurance company. I spoke to Renee who couldn't have been more helpful and she immediately emailed a detailed report to me so I could send that to the insurance company. As with the repair techs, she was professional, friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Ray the Plumber to one of my neighbors and would not hesitate to recommend and use them again! Our faucet slowly starting making this squealing, high-pitched noise whenever we turned the nozzle to hot. We scheduled for Ray the Plumber to come out to see what was going on with it. They showed up on time, and had the problem fixed within the hour. I programmed their number to my phone in case we have any other problems or in case someone else asks for a plumber.

Our family has used Ray a bunch of times. He is reasonably priced and can repair anything, plus he is nice and local. I would recommend trying him the next time you have an issue.
