When our sump pump failed and we had some basement flooding I called Albert Nahman Plumbing. Their technician, Tony Contreras, was prompt, friendly and efficient. He installed a provisional pump which got us through a very severe downpour and then returned, as promised to replace it with amore powerful unit. Basically a good experience.

Recently Carlos came out to service a back-up we had, explained it all, things he was going to check and then when he performed the work he covered the carpet, bathroom floor. cleaned up. Carlos is an excellent technician. He is on time, efficient and effective. He is also very nice and friendly. He takes time to explain exactly what he is doing and why to ensure customer satisfaction. He offers tips on preventing problems and on future servicing needs. We were completely comfortable with him in our house and had complete confidence in his his work.

Ben S. was the field technician assigned to my project, showed up on time and completed the work as promised. Project took longer than anticipated due to PG&E not keeping its gas shut off valve in working order, but the work for which I contracted with Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating was done to the highest standard.

Carlos did a great job fixing our furnace. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part efficiently, and clearly communicated the problem, cost and solution. He was very professional and polite as well.

Albert Nahman Plumbing is my go to for all my plumbing needs. I do not usually write reviews-I'll just call the company owner or manager and let them know how well (or not) the work went but I've had such a good experience with these guys (esp. Tony C.) . On time, polite, clean!, and always able to fix the problem. On the last job as Tony was leaving he noticed my electrical box door was broken, and he fixed it , saying he thought it was going to rain soon and I shouldn't have the fuses so exposed. That,to me, is above and beyond good customer service. I can't speak to their prices but I have always found them more than fair with me. They'll always be my first call when plumbing needs arise.

I can't say enough about them! We are renting a home in Berkeley, and our kitchen sink was draining so slowly it was impossible to do dishes or even wash our hands without the sink filling up with dirty water. Our landlord called up Albert Nahman, and they sent out Ben, who was outstanding! He explained the problem, and fixed it incredibly fast. I was worried about having to sit around the house all morning with my toddler, but he was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing, and what I could do help the situation in the future. He was able to replace the pipes from the drain to the wall, as they were all original to the house and installed incorrectly to begin with. I also appreciated that he respected our home by putting coverings over his shoes and on the floor while he worked. It just seems like this company knows what they are doing when it comes to plumbing AND customer service!

Mike showed up on time, was very pleasant, completed the repair quickly and correctly, and was very helpful in answering questions.

Ben Schoy was a delight! He is an excellent technician and worked very efficiently. He removed my old water heater and installed a new one with a clear explanation of the "workings.". He didn't hesitate to accept the coupons that I had. Many thanx to Ben for a job well done.

Stanley was the best! Very clean and professional with a lot of patience. I had another guy come out a couple of days prior from the same company who tried to snake my tub but after a little while was telling me that we had to replace the p-trap. He came up with a proposal and we were happy with the price but when Stanley came today he tried to snake it one more time just to see if he couldn't get the clog. After a little finessing he was able to clear the p-trap and saved us a butt load of money at the same time. Patience does go a long way, thank you Stanley!
