Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating's plumber, Salvador, came on time and did a very good job. He explained to me what the problems were, how to fix them, and the costs involved. Salvador has a nice personality, apart from being highly professional. I was satisfied with the results. Salvador is a perfect rep for any company. I'm not familiar with plumbing costs, the cost was somewhat expensive, but then I've no complains. I'll continue to use this company and gave it 5 stars. Israel Gamzo

Service was scheduled less than 2 hours after my call, service technician Tony arrived promptly, was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a replacement part, got my Takagi tankless water heater repaired with no delay. Also cleaned area and serviced the water heater, which I did not know should be done on a regular basis. Love this super service, could not have been better!

Longstanding family owned business with an excellent reputation. Service call today was on time and under-the-house work by Michael, service tech, was professional and efficient. Not the least expensive plumber in town. But you get what you pay for. Online scheduling and billing is convenient, but old fashioned phone and paper billing is also available. P.S. choose this company if you are installing a Takagi or other tankless water heater. They are experts in this niche area.

Sal was completely professional -- Informative, helpful, and efficient. I was expecting just a short visit to evaluate my cottage bathroom and get an estimate for replacing the toilet. But Sal was proactive. He brought with him the toilet he thought I wanted, gave me a very competitive price for the toilet and installation, then went back to the supplier to get the color I wanted, and installed the toilet -- all in 3 hours! I am both pleased and impressed.

Carlos was personable, knowledgeable, and I was impressed to see him systematically check my tankless water heater which was not operating properly. Carlos explained each step of his diagnostic, identified and repaired the problem, then repeated a system check several times to verify that everything was operational. Carlos had the replacement parts as a stock item on his well equipped service vehicle. Carlos was neat and clean in his uniform appearance and while working on the repair. These folks are prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and polite. Mario's team installed our tankless water heater in 2011 on short notice when our huge old tank water heater lost it during Christmas! His sizable crew performed quickly, with minimum fuss and mess and careful attention to detail -- and the new equipment has proven to be great. When we needed some minor service in late 2014, Tony C. was again on time, polite, neatly dressed, quiet and efficient. He was quietly insistent that he change from his workboots into his protective slippers inside our house. He explained what he would do and, when finished, what he had done -- no missing information or doubts left. Without prompting, he told me "No charge -- you are covered by your warranty." You couldn't ask for better service!

Stanley was efficient, friendly, careful to avoid making a mess, and helpful in suggesting how we could pace our other needed plumbing work.
