Every one was very nice. It was quite a nice experience for buying a new car. There was no excessive pressure by anyone to make my decision. they gave me my time to think over my decision. Chris even introduced me to the service manager, because this is my 4th Pathfinder. All three of my previous Pathfinders were serviced at Woodfield Nissan. I have always received excellent service from them. I am hoping my service experience with your service department will be just as good.

Luther and the team were very easy to work with and were ready to assist in answering my questions. The dealership was busy when I was there but they did a great job providing outstanding customer service and were able to get me into my new XTerra. Great job all around! The follow up service was outstanding as well.

Nice. Mary was very polite, respectful and understanding of my decision making process. (My choices in a vehicle were like comparing apples to oranges.) I understand that it is a business and that sales tactics are needed by the dealer. There was some of that, but not so much that made me uncomfortable. If there was I would have walked out. R.J. was equally as understanding.

Mary was very customer service oriented and quite knowledgeable about the Rogue, which I purchased. She had everything ready to go when I was finished with the financing matters, and even offered to follow me home in my other car (I ended up leaving it for an oil change). I was very pleased with my purchasing experience!

I came in to the dealership with a friend who wanted to see the new 2014 rogue. She had purchased a 2013 rogue from that dealership less than one year ago and wanted to see the changes and if she could get the new one because she wanted more features. I was just a long for the ride but I wanted to see what kind of numbers I would be offered for my vehicle that was 18 months old if I switched. Mary spent a lot of time with us and was very nice. She was very personable and spent time first with my friend and then with me. She handled herself in a very professional manner only helping one of us at a time and were understanding. She would be someone that I would go see again. She was very willing to show us features and answer any questions.

Excellent! Informative and helpful, no pressure to purchase but helpful when information requested. A stress-free car purchase. Both sales assistants were equally competent, financial assistance efficient and rapid, problem with battery dealt with by service department.

Luther was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and various options. We were able to discuss the pros and cons of each vehicle in detail. Luther was very friendly, not pushy. He did not try to sell me a car a did not want. He tried to help me find the right vehicle for me and my family. Luther was very personable. I believe I was treated fairly.

there was enough color selections and not given ample to decide on what to color to buy. we keep telling the sales manager we really want the NV passenger van and would come back but insisting on making the sale on that day.

Initially we were very pleased with Roger, he is a great salesman and treats us well. However, we were told we were buying a vehicle with run flat tires because the car doesn't come with a spare. After purchase, we discovered this isn't true. We had to convince the sales manager that he should provide with some alternative to this situation as we would not have purchased the car otherwise

They were very outstanding sales people. They were polite, courteous and accomodating. The sales manager was very reasonable. I would recommend to others. We are very satisfied.

Timed spend showing and explaining the car features was greatly appreciated. The fact that they came over to the house to bring the car was amazeing now it fits perfectly in the garage.
