I was looking to trade in my Prius and buy something little more reliable. Andre, came to the rescue! He found me a 2011 Sentra with 30,000 miles less and a better warranty package for only $1,000 more and added a back up camera + installation into the deal. I walked away very happy with my purchase.
Was a fairly simple process and I was treated fairly. Viktor and RJ were both very friendly and easy to deal with. One of the more pleasant car buying experiences!
I came in exploring my options at the start of my search. Amit greeted me and was very on top of things showing me everything and answering my questions. I really liked the service he gave me but this was my first stop. We looked all day and were between another dealer who was equally as wonderful. It came down to my first impression and the inventory. At some dealerships the sales team was not attentive and some were rude at how they spoke of the competition - a complete turnoff. Ultimately Amit made a great first impression and was very professional along the way. I really enjoyed working with him.
The experience was good and sales person, sales manager were very helpful. Financing part was straightforward. Third lease from dealership. It was an easy process and no haggling our price or product.
It was a good experience. The car was more for my wife than myself. I like the vehicle and it will work for our purposes. I do like it more than the Sentra we drove.
Zach was great. They got us the car we wanted, around the price we wanted. They even traded with another dealership to get the car that we wanted. Good experience.
She was very helpful made me know everything about the sale and understood what I needed and wanted, she was very attentive at everything and I would definitely would go with Luz for my next buy.
We actually came to have a problem checked out--auxiliary airbag light was lit on our car's dashboard. Your service dept. said the airbag was not working, and it would cost $3,000 to fix. The service dept. also said a ball joint was loose and needed to be replaced, as well as all four of our tires. Total cost would be about $4,000 for everything. Given that our car (2008 Nissan Versa) had 139, 500 miles on it, we decided to trade the car in for a new one. So, we bought a 2015 Versa sedan.
I went to go "look" at cars, to my surprise I ended up buying a 2015 Nissan. Sam was very informative, friendly, had no problems with all of my questions.
My service today at Nissan was excellent! I was helped and every question I had was answered. Sandra was able to assist me as soon as I walked through the doors.
Other than the negotiating process, everything was great. I was told twice that "this was the best offer they could do" and both times, they gave a better offer later. Amit was knew what he was talking about, very helpful, and nice. If I ever buy a car from Arlington Nissan again, it will be through Amit.

The Sales Person was very helpful and patient. I had been in previously to inquire about purchasing a used vehicle. I described the type of vehicle I was looking for to the Sales Person, Victor Bezkrovny. There were no vehicles in stock that fit my requirements at the time but Victor told me he would keep me in mind as the Dealership takes in many trade in vehicles. About a week later Victor called me to say several trade in vehicles had come in that I might be interested in. I went to the Dealership that same day and found a vehicle which I subsequently purchased. I believe I received good deal on the car.
Awesome, we were trying to replace our Nissan Altima with a Honda Accord but Luther managed to keep us with Nissan. We are glad with the transaction, the car has a minor issue but we will bring it to the dealer today. No big deal.

Tim is great. Serge, however, is not. I originally made an appointment to talk to Sergeo or Serge whatever about NV200 at 6:30PM. I show up to dealership at 6:20PM and front desk said Serge left for the day. Oh well, Tim got the commission so it's all good.
