      Worst moving experience of our lives. We hired this company to move our things into a storage facility. First, they neglected to tell me that I had to provide moving blankets. Then they miscalculated how many trucks we needed. We had to end up renting a Uhaul. When we got to the storage facility , they demanded more money before they would unload our belongings into the storage facility. So, basically they held our belongings hostage until I paid them extra and tipped them a certain amount on top of that. My husband then thought it was because they were dealing with me and thought it would be different if it was him in charge. So, we made the mistake of hiring them to deliver our household to the new house. Their workers were unhappy with where they could park the truck that they refused to work for two hours. they actually sat there and watched my husband unload the truck until their supervisor arrived. Once he arrived then everyone went to work. This company is not to be trusted. The owner is awful and rude to talk to when there is an issue. They will hold your belongings and extort more money from you. They damage your things and tell you to file a claim with your homeowners insurance. My husband now understands what I went through and regrets calling them back thinking things would be different. Beware of this company!!!!
