They have one medication here that I have to go and get and they are always unhelpful and consistanly fill the wrong thing. They don't communicate with each other and I am given different answers by different people. And they just don't care. I am handicapped and I need a drive through (unfortunately Walgreens doesn't carry this medication) but at this point I will make the painful walk into the Wal-Mart pharmacy rather than continue to do business with the CVS pharmacy.

This rating should be 0. I am not one to complain however the CVS on pleasant st has never been help. They have lost scripts. They told me times to pick up meds but the meds were not there. The customer service is horribale.

i have to take a lot off medications every month i have had nothing but continual problems wwith my local cvs pharmacy the prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be if i dont have a refill they take days to actually contact my doctor i know that for a fact .the employees are rude and uncaring i have had nothing but continual problems from day one i will now be switching back to another pharmacy the things that happened there were never ever as bad as this experience has been i have a chronic illness i never thought i would be treated this way thats eleven prescriptions that i will be taking out of your pharmacy it might not mean anything to you but i like being treated like a human being
