Terrible pharmacy. They failed to see the red flags on a prescription, filled it and it caused me to have a bad reaction with my normal medication. Then they filled the wrong prescription when the doctor had me quit taking it and called in another one. This time I had a heart attach and 3 strokes. Their corporate Risk Management Rep. basically told me they could get away with it because attorneys would have to put too much money into the case because of the cap limit on the amount I could recover. That means with a cap of 250,000 the attorney would have to pay too much to expert witnesses and would not take the case. We are about to loose our home because of this, and I lost my career. CVS does not care about you or your health. If they screw up, they just laugh it off. I plan on contacting the news medias and to continue to write these review on every web site I can find. This is another case of big business and insurance companies screwing over the average person. Boycott CVS please!

CVS in Sherman, Tx seems to be the most unorganized place of business I've been in lately. Dr. called in new scripts for husband on a Wed. afternoon and we went to pick up on Fri afternoon and still had to wait over an hour for them to finish them up. If a place can't get scripts together in 2 days there is something wrong. I usually receive scripts from Caremark by mail, which works great, but spouse was put on insulin and it needed to be filled soon for him to start using and that's why we went to CVS in Sherman, Tx. I was under the impression that Caremark/CVS were the same thing. Evidently not, because the script was for insulin and other diabetic equipment and they didn't seem to know that the insulin was covered by Caremark and the supplies by Medicare. Very confusing for us but thought the CVS pharmacy would know about the difference in meds and supplies. Either not enough help or not enough trained help, maybe both.

Had a great experience with customer service at some CVS pharmacies (CVS on Kennedy Memorial Drive in Waterville, ME) and not so good at others (CVS on Washington Street in North Easton, MA).

Took my mother-in-law to pick up a prescription and the cashier at the pharmacy was very rude and abrupt. Whatever happened to customer service??? I'm very glad I do not have to go there. In addition, the lines at the pharmacy were extremely long and not moving very fast. If you have options, go somewhere else.

Lexington Kentucky CVS on Walden Drive is outstanding - the CVS Pharmacy in Meadville PA is also outstanding. The CVS in North Myrtle Beach was horrible. Hit and miss, I guess. The CVS corporation would do well to bring many of its other pharmacies to the high standard of Lexington and Meadville !!! And by the way - avoid the Mill Run Community Pharmacy in Meadville - not only did they poison me with 3 WRONG DRUG refills, but their insurance company (Erie Insurance) is the poster child for BAD FAITH in insurance claims.

I love our CVS and the pharmacists. Everyone is friendly and fast! Have never had a problem or any errors. Just the opposite, everyone is always willing to help.

C.V.S. in Dickinson have the rudest people working in the pharm. We have been going their since it was Eckerds. I'm going to change to Walgreens. Unless we get something to keep us there, my husband is going to change too . thankssamie lewis

The CVS in Watkinsville GA was the most wonderful place I had ever been to until they fired the nicest lady there! They fired Amita, the kindest most thoughtful pharmacist I had ever met! Never go to this pharmacy!

Be careful when picking up your prescriptions from the CVS on Bell/Vaugh Road, Montgomery AL. Twice I've picked up my mother's prescriptions only to find they were for a Margaret instead of a Martha. My mother had taken almost a whole prescription before I noticed it was for the wrong individual. I took the bottle back to CVS and they called the the cardiologist. Make sure they ask for a two patient identifier--i.e., your full name, date of birth, etc.

With employees such as Nettie, I highly recommend this CVS. I was purchasing a product. After showing me where to find the product she also saved me alot of money by suggesting I scan my card before the sale had run through in order to save more money & she did this all with a smile! I saved an extra $5 dollars! Thank You Nettie, It's nice to know that customer service is a priority at this CVS location!

Have your prescriptions filled at a locally owned pharmacy. Same price, better service since they are not filling 500 prescriptions per day.Try them, you will like them

I like CVS better than Walgreens for ensuring your prescriptions are filled correctly and contacting doctor, but if an issue, making sure the customer is inform of this -

I was given a discount on my pictures on christmas eve because the kiosk wouldn't let me print just the few that I wanted... it only allowed me to print entire pages full of pictures that I didn't need. I didn't even ask for a discount, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive one!

CVS in Aiken SC on York Street is absolutely the worst pharmacy. Their employees are rude, their pharmacy takes 3 hours to fill a prescription, and they never open on time. They should be thankful they are part of a big chain or they would never survive. I will NEVER visit this location again!

No one here ever knows what's going on. Our phones ring off the hook that our scripts are ready and when we get there, my husbands is ready but not mine. If you don't check it before you leave the store, you will find they missedsomething. I hate this place.
