I've been a member for almost 30 years and it seems like the service is getting worse! The ATMs are frequently down, they returned a check even though I have overdraft protection on my credit card, it took 15 minutes for the representative to print out documents for a credit card, even though she knew I was coming and she was idle when I got there. I also hate the new location in downtown Davis, not quick/easy to get to, they should've stayed in South Davis by Safeway, easy to get to off I-80. Also their hours start at 10 am, really? Not convenient. I have waited and called at 10 and still get a recording.
