I have been banking at this US Bank branch since the year 2000, when my parents and I moved to Woodland from Seaside/Beaverton/Portland, Oregon. Over the past 15 1/2 years, I have seen some turnover of staff. But the current staff I interact with, which includes Terrie Newman, Ken, Rosa, Melanie, Alvaro and Diana is second to none! There is a high level of consistent professionalism with this staff--and previous US Banks staffs that I have banked with. I also periodically bank at the US Bank branches in Davis and downtown Sacramento. Terrie deserves to be recognized--she and her staff are very personable, attentive to their customers, are willing to work whatever it is out, and there is expectation that when one visits this US Bank branch, he or she will be treated with courtesy and professionalism!
