Dewayne C. / Africare - Washington, DC 2 locks had to be replaced & 1 of them were not a commercial which cost more. Both locks were rekeyed to master key, & key made A new employee was starting. The door to his office was locked. There was no key. This vendor responded in 30 minutes, which is very god for this area. Work completed in 1.5 hours.
