The customer service I recieved at the warwick location PCW was terrible! FYI guys you don't know everything and if someone is not tech savvy maybe that's why they are coming to you for help you should probably not make them feel like they are not as smart as you!

I have had nothing but great customer service here- they work hard to be sure you are happy with the repairs and with the service. I will continue to use and recommend PCW.

I have used these guys over the years for various PC problems and they always come through for me. Went to Best Buy first. They wanted $200 and 14 days just to diagnose my laptop. I had to be without my work PC for 14 days...absolutely absurd! PCW had it fixed with a new Hard Drive in 1 day for under $150. A new Hard Drive alone costs over $100. Yes, they can give a little attitude but its more of a cocky kind of attitude because they really know what they are talking about. Personally, I don't care if they call me names and curse at me so long as they fix my PC at a reasonable cost and quickly....which they definitely do. Good job guys!

Sorry to the people that had a problem.I had a good experience they fixed my daughters laptop updated and added a new hard drive plus word I would go back anytime. Plus it wasn't to pricey

Most of the guys there are rude and one man actually started making an aggravated "huff and puff" sound on the phone when I was not able to describe my computer troubles. Thank fully someone with half a brain jumped on the phone and spoke to me. This is the second time Ive taken my computer here and so far their work repair work doesnt really hold up!

I wish I could give less than one star. I have gone here twice and each time was horrible. I was forced to go there because they were the closest place to my house. I would not recommend anyone to them. The last visit was to fix a problem with my wireless card. They told me nothing was wrong but as soon as I got home it was still not working. When I called back to tell them about the problem they were not helpful at all. Do not waste your time or money here!

Those guys are the best in the state !!! Reasonably priced and well trained in the customer services area. I dont trust anybody but those guys with all my computer needs !!!!!!!!!

Excellent service and customer relations. My choice for all PC and CCTV DVR applications and platforms. Russ M and Russ S know the box inside and out... Wouldn't go anywhere else... I was asked to my Aunt's HP computer and determined it needed a new power supply. I went to PCW to buy the part. Their prices were very fair. Sure, I could have gone on ebay and bought a similar power supply for $10 cheaper but then I would have paid for shipping & handling and also had to wait a week for the device. In the end, I was very satisfied.

I went to PCW tonight to get some help with my Laptop. Not only did they diagnose my computer issue on the spot, but the associate (Russ) fixed the issue and had me back on my way within 15 minutes! Russ was very experienced and had such a positive attitude. I will definitely retun to PCW for my next computer problem.

I personally know three people to include myself who are in court with these guys now for stealing memory and a video card from our computers, we have the same lawyer. DO NOT GO HERE, they WILL RIP YOU OFF OR WAY OVER PRICE YOU! real computer repair with free come to you service is a great place called YourSiteRite in warwick, search for it in yahoo local. its awesome, they GUARANTEE 25% cheaper than anyone.

I wrote the review on Sep 26, 2009. I went back there because I experienced a problem with another computer. This was by far the most negative experience I have ever had with PCW. They were rude and unable or unwilling to answer simple questions. They charged me $49 for diagnostics and then claimed my laptop was bad and should be thrown out. I sent it to another repair store and all that it needed was a minor repair.Do yourself a favor and find a store that is honest, well-trained and customer-friendly. PCW is only interested in making a quick buck off of customers.

they got parts when you need it, but a bit overpricedalso had a client of mine bring a pc there, they told her it was screwed (all it needed was new HD and windows reload)...gave her back the pc but stole the memory out of it.

This company can be either hit or miss depending upon the employee and the mood he is in. They are computer literate on some things, but weak on other things [pertaining to laptops and desktops]. They are no different than the average computer repair company. I find them to be more honest than the Geek Squad at the Warwick location of Best Buy. They do need to work on customer relations because they can be a little abrasive and I always feel like I am being rushed out of the place even when I have important questions to ask. They do a lot of non-stop work so I guess part of their "attitude problem" has to do with being a small place and having to deal with so many customers and their problems. I would like to see this company in a larger building with more staff. That would definitely improve things for customers and employees!
