When I contacted them they were informational, but the most satisfying thing was everything they said they were going to do, they did. There was clear communication from pickup to delivery of household goods and a car. To top it off, I was on time crunch, they had my cross country move completed within 7 days, who does that? We had a top-rate experience with this company from beginning to end. Britney booked our move on the phone, and was very clear, polite, responsive and accommodating of our special requests. We hired a 3-man crew (Jonel, Eric & Diego), who showed up on time, with a great, professional attitude. They were flexible and easy to communicate with. They worked fast and efficiently. And they were courteous without being patronizing. They moved a couple of big, heavy pieces up two long, narrow flights of stairs without grumbling or casting any doubts beforehand (like another mover did with our other furniture). I also appreciate the fact that they were willing to help us set up a couple of pieces, and place them in just the right spot. Good guys, good price and a good move. Go with them!

I was very pleased with my choice of Seaport Moving & Storage. I spoke with Windy, who is very professional. I needed to get my furniture from the beach in Oregon to the NYC/NJ area. I was not at either end of this move. Everything went smoothly. My furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition. My bed and dining room table was reassembled. What has pleased me the most was the quickness of this whole moving process. Exactly one week from Oregon to the apartment in NJ! Windy's quote was right on and there were no hidden costs. SeaPort Moving and Storage moved our household from Oregon to Florida. Everything went very smoothly with no problems. Erika was professional in answering all of my questions . She followed through with phone calls and e-mails and kept me apprised of pickup and delivery times. SeaPort's pricing was very competitive and offered a senior discount which we appreciated. The crew who came to pick up our furniture was very considerate and efficient and had everything loaded in no time. The furniture arrived in Florida as promised, even a little earlier than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery crew was also considerate and efficient and had everything unloaded and put together for us to start unpacking boxes in no time at all. All in all, we rate SeaPort as excellent in all categories. We recommend them highly and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we are doing another move. We couldn't be happier.

Seaport moved a relative's stuff from Oregon to Albuquerque. Super job! Packers were a little late, but phoned to say so. Everything was packed quickly and efficiently. Delivery was in 5 days. No damage! Everyone was polite and helpful.

SeaPort was amazingly flexible and easy to work with. My final destination was "flexible", I only had the City and State nailed down. They were great about working with me on changing locations. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable and, once finalized, the wait was fairly short. The customer service I received from Windy Jenkins and her staff were nothing short of stellar.

We experienced moving just about last week with Seaport Moving and Storage .On calling up the sales rep walked me up the entire process in detail and made us literate about technical details related to our move. The moving crew were early, and the foreman was super efficient . On top of that the whole moving team came out nice and were respectful , they made our move a stress free experience. . The guys from SeaPort Moving and Storage came handy and served us at a very short period actually they came recommended by a family friend but honestly they came at par with any other company for the quality of service they offered us. My friend and I had heard a lot about them before but never had the chance to hire them for our relocation. . I recommend this company and it was good to notice them packing up all our stuff with great care and we were off to relocate. It was worth the extra incentive in form of money for taking care of our stuff. Everything from packing to unpacking was done in 4 hours flat.

Seaport Moving and Storage was recommended to us by a close relative of ours. I called them and the sales rep obliged in fulfilling answers to all our queries and concerns and I decided to hire them for our move. The entire moving team including the foreman were as decent as someone could have yearned them to be so . I was contended to find their prices were fair and the team was always ready to help us. . The one thing that really bothered me was these guys came up with several calls and inquires they made just to reconfirm my address and because of this they arrived in late and my plans went out of place.

I had used the company SeaPort Moving and Storage and to be true this company came at par with my expectation/ . These guys were quick and on time. I moved into a building with pretty strict guidelines and they handled things without any issues. I had a fair amount of heavy glass furniture and a couch that only barely could fit into my original apartment....these guys wrapped everything safe and snug and were done faster than the time we estimated. Will probably use them again for any move within so I thank these guys for all the good work.

SeaPort Moving and Storage was great. We hired them to help us load our rental truck for a move across the country. My primary concerns were a) getting a good rate, b) getting a reputable, insured company and c) making sure my stuff was packed well for the long journey. I was able to get a frank estimate via email (something which few moving companies seemed willing to do) and the in-home inspection was convenient and quick. Come the day of the move we got two dudes who were able to pack our truck with minimal intervention on my behalf and I'm happy to say the stuff got across country without incident! As an added bonus, the guys were cool and Irish (can't beat that)! Definitely recommend!
