Always a pleasure having Aqueduct perform work in my home. This time around Eddy (Eduardo) and Louis fixed a number of small leaks around faucets and installed a new garbage disposal in my sink. They are always punctual, courteous, professional. I did manage to Clog my new garbage disposal, within days of it being stalled, so Eddy and Louis came back to help me out. Note to self, not Rose stems in the garbage disposal. :)

Horrible company. I called due to a simple plumbing problem, and they attempted to use "scare" tactics on me in order to have me spend large sums of money on things that I have never had a problem with. When they final gave me to price for the original problem the price was OUTRAGOUS! I paid them the $80 service call fee, and proceeded to call another company who fixed my problem for at least half the cost that aqueduct was requesting.

The service specialist, Michael, was great. He explained everything in extensive detail and was happy to answer question. I cannot say enough good things about Michael.

I had excellent service when Michael came he was efficient and explained things to me.If I need serves again I hope he comes back. I am happy your company continues helping me. I rate them a 10 for service.

The service was ok. My sewer line got backed up and they snaked it. They got there much later that arranged by phone and were very very expensive! They were double the price I have been paying for similar service. If I can help it I will not call them again.

We received a very speedy visit and expert help with our "unique" radiant heating system. Michael was very knowledgable, patient and informative. Someone actually called the next day to make sure that everything had gone well. This company is a class act!

Eduardo was friendly and he also explained to me all the details of what he was going to do, how much it's going to cost, he gave me a couple of options to choose. I was very happy with his work and I'd recommend him to my friends.

Highly recommended--they fixed my problem with hot water, were honest, punctual, did not charge for unecessary services and I would use them again. Only thing is, not super cheap, though I am a new homeowner and had no idea what plumbing costs should be.

From the onset, the receptionist was very attentive and compassionate to our situation. She was very helpful and informative. She quoted us a price, called back with a lower fee due to the fact that it was a plumbing issue as opposed to a boiler issue. The technicians called within the hour to give their ETA. Upon arrival, they demonstrated professionalism from the start. They wore booties and placed rugs and tarps in appropriate places. They arrived with all of the tools and materials to get the job done. They were fully stocked. Derek and Mathew were diligent and made sure their work was done properly and kept us informed throughout the process. The technicians were knowledgable and willing to answer any questions we had. They were patient and thorough following all the necessary steps required to get the job done right. My husband and I are very satisfied, would use their services again and would highly recommend Aqueduct Plumbing and Heating.

I found everyone at Aqueduct Services to be very professional and accommodating to my needs. I called them because I had a little water around the hot water heater.. When I called them, they told me exactly what to expect at the service call. They were here the next day. They did not have a new water heater with them, so one of them went to get while the other one waited here in the house. I am sure other companies would have made this into a two day project.

Aqueduct is a very professional company. They are on time, know what they are doing and efficient. I will definitely call them again.

We had a thermostat problem on a Sunday. I called at 7am on Monday and was surprised to get a live person at that time instead of a machine. Cindy was courteous and accommodating and able to get a technician out to our house that same morning. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and it was an inexpensive fix. Yea for Aqueduct!

Aqueduct is very reliable. Good customer service is rare these days, but everyone I deal with there is very professional and I feel like they do their best to accommodate me and keep me informed (thanks, Cindy!). Although I have used them many times, I just had to have my central air system replaced (during a heat wave) and had the good fortune to have Derek as my service tech. He is a true pro--skilled, diligent and tireless. He is a great ambassador for the company and I have no reservations about recommending him. I hate to need him, but when I do, I'm glad he's my guy. Call Aqueduct--you won't regret it! Thank you Derek!

Aqueduct Services provided competent, courteous specialists, Dave C and Felice, to install my add-on AC unit. They worked quickly and efficiently. Cindy C, their office rep, is also courteous, efficient, and proficient.

Beware....Company over charges for basic service call. Plus they get you when they are on-site; they charge you for a Quote only. $80.00 just to walk into your home and look at a job.what a rip-off! I used Mr. Rooter; they were onsite within 2 hours of me calling them. $0.00 cost for a Quote and they came in $108 cheaper then Aqueduct!

We have a family of 7 and were constantly running out of hot water when showering and our gas bill was ridiculous. So Aqueduct gave us an endless supply of hot water with cheap gas prices wit h a rinnai water heater. thanks aqueduct
