I work for Trustco Bank in Briarcliff Manor, NY and we needed work done on our cooling system. Our service pro was Wilbert M. His work was fast, efficient and extremely neat. He was exceptionally polite and courteous. He was conscientious that business was going on around him and was very respectful to making sure we were still able to conduct our work around his. The branch was left just as neat as before the work started and he made sure we understood the new systems that were put in place before leaving. I would recommend Aqueduct and Wilbert to anyone who has plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

Our hot water heater was on its last legs. Derek showed up, listened to our hot water issues, examined the creaky item, made several replacement suggestions, and gave us the costs for each. When we agreed, Derek and a crew of two others showed up a few days later with the new water heater. They did it all, with efficiency, cleanliness, and a remarkably friendly manner. We have been totally pleased by the choice and the installation. Well done to the crew from Aqueduct, led by Derek.

We needed to have the food disposal unit removed and replaced with new piping. Eduardo responded to our call to Aqueduct, examined the issue with us, left for a few minutes to create a proposal, and returned with it. We said "go". Rather quickly Eduardo removed the disposal, installed the new drain pipes, made all the connections, and rearranged some of the "extras" for neatness. We were very pleased. Eduardo worked cleanly (wearing blue shoe covers), and used a pad on the floor. Everything works beautifully. This was outstanding work. Glad to provide 5 stars.

Manny R. and Jake S. are a wonderful team to have in your corner. I had a plumbing emergency, used Aqueduct for the first time, and was able to get a good night's sleep. My 5-star experience started with Mindy, who promptly returned my calls and arranged for a technician the same day. Manny and Jake arrived as promised, quickly handled the problem, and took care of a couple minor problems along the way. They explained my options clearly and were very professional and courteous. I especially appreciated that they patiently put on and removed their shoe covers every time they left to go the truck and then returned to the house. I have never understood why technicians will come into someone's house with muddy shoes and never put on shoe covers. Not an issue here. Derek fixed a leak in the ceiling for us today. If this didn't get done quickly it would have potentially turned into a disaster. Derek was polite and professional and really knew what he was doing. I have had a lengthy kitchen renovation and Aqueduct stuck with me to get the job done. Initially, I had a "snafu" with the company,however, the owner appropriately responded to my concerns and I allowed them to complete the job and have additional work done. I am also satisfied with the workmanship of Eduardo and Jacob, who re-piped the house gas line and sink plumbing.

Mike was wonderful! He explained everything thoroughly before he fixed my radiators. Even if I was surprised with the cost over $500 for changing two flutes and tightening two nuts, I was very comfortable with him and I will definitely ask him again if anything happens.

The whole initial calling-in to the actual repair process was VERY professional. They opened early and came on time. My boiler was leaking at the pressure release valve. The technicians came by and were very friendly and informative. After explaining to technician about our situation, he discovered our valve to the expansion tank was turned off. We were relieved our boiler was not broken and it was a quick fix. We were a bit disappointed the 5 minute diagnostic to actual fixing cost us $240. This was a costly mistake on our part (I should have all the valves checked first before calling in). I would use this company again in the future but will perform more self-checks beforehand.

Eduardo and Luis not only quickly fixed my leaking pipe but identified another problem and promptly fixed my water pressure which got rid of noisy pipes. They were courteous, knowledable and professional. Highly recommended.

Karl was a personable and professional representative of this company. He came to check out my A/C system and did all the necessary repairs. I was so impressed with his work ethic that I bought a service contract for my A/C and will probably continue with Aqueduct Services for any future plumbing work as well.

Called for service after discovering my AC was not working at 10pm and spoke with Debbie (very nice). Cindy called first thing the next morning as promised and scheduled a same day apointment. Karl the tech showed up on time and was very pleasant. He explained what he was doing and made some suggestions to the possible cause for my issue. The price for the service call was very reasonable and as quoted. No additional charges. I will call them again when needed. Great service!

We called Aqueduct Services after we had some frustrating experiences with other plumbers. Eduardo, our technician was prompt, reliable and explained to us what he was doing. He worked hard and it was important to him that I was happy with the work. The office staff was friendly and very reliable. A nice touch is that the workers put protectors over their shoes when they walk into the house. We intend to continue to use this company in the future and have Eduardo back when we can. I highly recommend them.
