Took my car into the service department and they were very helpful in helping assist me have some issues taken care of thru GM. Wasn't there responsibility to help but felt like the went above what most would expect from a dealership.

Very pleasant experience. No pressure. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate me and allow ample time to decide on my 2012 Camaro. I will be back!!!!

I've used the service department several times, for oil changes, tire rotation and general maintenance questions, since I bought my car at Jim Glover in 2011. Any time I have had Kevin as a service helper he has been great. He always answers questions and gives explanations without hurrying you through, despite how busy they might be at the time, and gives out his business card to call him with any questions you might have later.

Amazing character here!!! I spent the last 3wks looking everywhere except the one place I should have started. Jim Glover Chevy is without a doubt my dealership of choice for life! Not only will my family be lifelong customers, but also my friends... After a short negotiation period I drove off in the vehicle I'd been looking for almost a month! I had an excellent car buying experience at Jim Glover Chevy and LOVE my new car! Everyone I worked with was very friendly, I feel like I got a great deal, and honestly I won't go anywhere else from now on. I would and do recommend to anyone that they should go to this dealership for either a new or used vehicle! Top notch on all fronts. Thanks to everyone I worked with!

I do not like overly aggressive sales tactics. I like helpful. patient salesmen. Anthony Rispoli was very kind and patient. I had a great buying experience of my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I will tell all my friends to come to Jim Glover and see Anthony.
My 2011 Impala buying experience was nothing short of awesome. Jamey Foshee took the time to listen to my and my parents. I felt like he really cared and was able to get me exactly what I wanted and more.

John Hibbert was very good, professional and very knowledgeable about the 2012 SIlverado. There was no high pressure. John did a very good job throughout the whole buying process of buying the truck.

Casey Phelps was very nice and upfront with us during our 2012 Chevy Cruze purchase. He walked the whole lot multiple times with us. He referred Kris Redd to assist us. Kris is very polite and funny. Great experience and the coffee was awesome.

PERFECT! Benji Glover took me seriously, answered all of my questions and got me into the 2012 Sonic LTZ that I wanted. He was able to work with me on the financing and included my family. Thant was important to me.
